Software options for presentations

I usually record presentations using PowerPoint with the “presenter in a window” option, but managing the keyboard during the recording can be a bit awkward. I’d like to try something different: record myself on video separately, then use video editing software to create a final version that switches between full-screen video of me speaking and my slides, with my video embedded (a bit larger than the default Zoom style). What software would work best for this? Options like Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve (free but powerful), Adobe Premiere Pro, or OBS Studio (for live-style switching) could all work—it depends on your experience level and operating system.
