Hi everyone, I used to be able to keep two Zoom sessions open at the same time — one on my desktop computer and one on my laptop.But recently, whenever I log into Zoom on one device, the session on the other device gets disconnected automatically.Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know if Zoom has changed its policy or settings regarding simultaneous logins?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi I want to use calendly as a booking tool. There I can integrate zoom as well.In Zoom I connected it with my private gmail account. So that booking will be copied to my calendar.Is there a possibility to change that connection? I use wordpress titan email as my business account. I would like to use that calendar or maybe I have to change titan?The confirmation email is send from my gmail account even I am registred with my business email.I want the sender email beeing seind from my busniess account.
When users create an outlook meeting and saves it "as draft" the meeting is appearing within others zoom meetings lists. Is this a bug or is there something which we can do to stop this from happening. Office 365 with zoom calendar integration

So during a Zoom meeting, from time to time we want to clear the Zoom chat and start fresh. I have the ability to delete individual messages in chat, but really need one "Clear Chat History" ability that clears them all in one fell swoop. Is the possible in Zoom? I have a Business Account, so no worries on that end.
The Suspend participant activities option would be much more useful if there were an easier way to revert back to the settings in place before suspending activities. Ideally, there would be an accompanying option like Resume participant activities that would turn the settings back on that are unchecked by using the option. Failing that option, the behavior of the Host tools menu needs to be changed so that the menu stays up while the host rechecks the options that were in place. Current behaviot of the Host tools menu is check an item, menu dissappears. Need the menu to stay up so I can quickly recheck the options and not have to bring the menu up and check one option at a time.
Okay. So do I have this right? If I record to the cloud I can get the main video feed along with the gallery video feed, but not individual video feeds and not individual audio feeds.OTOH, if I record locally, I can get individual audio feeds, but only the main video feed?This makes no sense. Is there no way of being able to record and download:-- The main video feed-- The main audio feed-- The Gallery video Feed-- Each individual video feed-- And, each individual audio feed?As an editor, it would make life so much easier to have all of these feeds to work with rather than having to choose between having individual audio and individual video. If anyone knows a way of getting all of this, please share. I'd greatly appreciate it because it makes absolutely no sense on Zoom's part to make me choose between audio and video B-Roll. We are moving from a SIP phone system with a local PBX to Zoom VOIP. We have a front desk operator and several back up employees for while they are out. I set up a call queue to ring sequentially for the front desk operator. with those three users. It was pointed out to me recently that if the front desk person is on vacation and sets her extension to out of office or Holiday, the phone at the front will not ring. The other two extensions will ring. At their desks but if one of them is sitting up front, that phone will not ring. Is this correct? Is there a solution other than making the front desk phone a community area and setting it to HotDesk? If I do that will the two people who may need to be up there have to log off their desk phones when they go to the front desk to fill in? thanks for any advice or help you can offer.
We are a small community. We have 2 boards that want to use Zoom meetings. Can I have 2 schedulers without paying for 2 separate accounts? If so, how do I do this? Thanks
I scheduled a meeting. Why can't clients directly join via the meeting link I shared on their mobile devices? Do mobile users have to download the app to join the meeting?
I had convened an important meeting, but I was not able to see the recording of the same. It is a statutory requirement to keep the recording for some time. If I do not get the recording, the meeting will be invalid. Please help to retrieve the recording
Now that Skype has died, I just need a means of phoning from my computer in Australia to my brother's landline in the UK twice a month, so I can hear the call on my computer speakers instead of on the phone (I am deaf). It seems that somewhere in Zoom Pro + there is the ability to make international calls, but it is impossible to obtain details eg how many calls or minutes per month? I'm not prepared to buy it to find out, so where can I get details? Zoom Pro + seems a very expensive way to get what I need, is there a cheaper reliable way? Call2 friends and similar services are free, but don't work for the UK, as they don't get priority on routes. Any suggestions?

Good morning, at the office we log in via Zoom to schedule meetings with different people. The problem is that while you're logged in, if someone logs in, you'll be disconnected (not just while you're in a call, but even when you're just logged in and waiting to start the meeting). Is there a way to prevent access if the app is already active on another computer? I'd like to prevent anyone from logging in when I open Zoom and am logged in until I log out. Thanks.
If I set up a Zoom webinar and select the on-demand option, how long is the recording stored in the cloud? Additionally, how long can people who were unable to attend the live session register to watch the recording via the link?

On Sunday, July 6, I had scheduled a meeting at 7:15 PM. When I wanted to open the session, the schedule said that there was no session. I found another solution, but later-on learned that the session had taken place with an unknown host whose topic traumatized the participants. I have tried in vain to find out what happened. I absolutely want to avoid a repetition of this weird event.

We are holding an event with ~200 people. We have break sessions but we have no ability as the organizers to create say 5-8 breakout rooms with specific themes that then could be communicated to our audience who then could choose to join the room with the theme of their choice. I was all prepared for my meeting and made certain that the physical background I put up behind me was all that would be seen on my video. As soon as I spoke it jumped to a giant widescreen, exposing the mess on the sides of my background. I have scoured the internet for answers and found the option to choose "original ratio". I was so relieved, as this was very embarrassing. Well, then I spoke, and there was the mess again, right on the screen for everyone to see. I feel defeated! I see many posts with similar experiences, some from over two years ago. Why is this problem not being addressed? People use this program for professional meetings and expect their privacy to be respected. Then it switches and shows everything you were trying so desperately to hide. Is there some secret weapon to fixing this awful issue? I cannot seem to find any option that may make this better on any of the settings and I hate how the virtual/blurred backgrounds make you look all funny. At least on the PWA
