When I mirror my Zoom screen from my Android phone or Windows PC to my TV - either by Miracast or by HDMI cable - the TV gets the video but no sound, audio stays on phone / PC. This only happens with Zoom - other apps, from my Android phone / Windows PC, the TV gets both video and audio. When my spouse uses Airplay to mirror Zoom from iPhone or iPad to Apple TV box (which feeds into same TV by HDMI cord), TV gets both video and audio. I've seen a couple other posts about similar issues with no replies. Does anyone know what is happening here? Thanks.
I want to view records, but when I try to register to view it: sometimes I can view as normal, but most of the time it returns back to register screen.It happened with multiple records, and there is no problem about record deadline.When I contact to the record holder, they said they do not block me, I still have full access to the record.What should I do?

Hi,I regularly receive webinar confirmations or updates that I did not request. So I spend my time unsubscribing. In the past, it was possible to indicate that a subscription was unwanted, but that option seems to have disappeared. Here’s what I’ve done and where I’m stuck:Created both Meeting SDK App and Server-to-Server OAuth App — still not getting clear SDK Key/Secret access.Sometimes I get an error saying “Invalid signature” when trying to join meetings.Other times, the frontend throws SDK integration issues — the Zoom UI doesn't render or stays stuck.Occasionally I get a Zoom timeout error inside the modal (ZoomMtg UI never loads or crashes).Tried everything from official docs, GitHub samples, and SDK tools — still inconsistent results.
I have 150 Polycom E220 phones that are used as "Common Area Phones". I would like to add a speed dial to all of them for the IT Helpdesk. I can import the lines for a single device, but I haven't been able to locate a way to import a speed dial to multiple devices. (The templates don't seem to fit this use case)Any help would be appreciated (even if it's I need to stop looking and do them 1 by 1)Thanks!
Hello, How do I contact Zoom to inquire about inaccurate reporting data for Webinars? For example, I know 20+ people registered to attend my webinar, but Zoom is showing only 14 registrants when I export the list. This has been an ongoing issue, and I don't know why Reports is not showing accurate data in real time.
Hey Zoomers, this could be massive: For those of you NOT familiar, "Silent Disco" is where a DJ has a limited number of headphones connected to their DJ gear, usually 30-ish people. The DJ gives out the headhones, nobody else can hear.I want to do this on Zoom, and tried today, but it did not work. Hello there, i have a question about spotlighting speaker through 2 different zoom. It's kinda confusing for me to say, since i'm not really fluent in english. I'll have to host a competition in a zoom meetings, which i use 2 different zoom meeting (1000 participants meeting and 500 participants meeting). Is there any way for the meeting consists 1000 participants can have the same screen shown of the speaker with the 500 participants without making the speaker to join those 2 different zoom meeting, which the speaker only joins the 1000 participants meeting? I have a problem that the Zoom suddenly changes to widescreen since the last two weeks. Several other users, including myself, are experiencing the same issue. Temporarily, to solve the problem, uncheck the HD option in the video settings to restore the original ratio, but suddenly this happens again. [MacBook Air M2, macOS 15.5, Zoom Version: 6.5.7 (60598)] Screen Share window is angled (slanted like a book opened) and pixelated to the participants. You can see it slightly in the attached screenshot, where the preview of the window looks like a page from a book at a slant/angle instead of flat as it used to be.I don't understand this behavior for the windows to be shared. In previous Zoom versions, the preview screen for "Screen Share" was accurate, with all windows looking flat and normal as when looking at a sheet of paper straight on, not in a sort of slant or angle like it does now. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions or reasons why? I've tried with and without an external monitor, and the result is the same. Any help/advice will be appreciated.
I recorded a meeting and accidentally stored it in my computer. I wanted to store it in the cloud so I could share it easily (too heave for emails). How can I upload it to the Zoom cloud now?
I was hosting a webinar. I had closed captioning enabled for accessibility purposes for the delegates. I always mute my microphone when showing videos. I was talking to a colleague while a video played and noticed that my words were being incorporated in the closed captions in addition to the words from the video! HELP! This is not OK. If a presenter is muted, I cannot imagine how closed captioning is picking up my language. It is very distracting for attendees and also a privacy issue. I absolutely double checked that I was muted and I was. How do I get closed captioning to not record what I am saying when I am muted. The captured closed captioning errors are also in the recording.
It's absolutely infuriating to me that when you are on the Clips tab of the Mac app, there's no obvious way to click "New Clip". Why do y'all make it so difficult to just navigate to create new content? This is so basic and annoying 😠I'm on Version: 6.3.11 (50104)
