If I set up a recurring meeting via Outlook with a Zoom link and then cancel a single recurring event, all Zoom meetings in the series are deleted. As a workaround, I have to restore the meetings via the Zoom meeting recycle bin.This seems to be a bug. Is there a plan to fix it?

I believe it is related to Windows Audio Device Graph isolation taking up alot of memory when Zoom - at least this is what I was able to determine a week or so ago when this last happened. I am running a brand new high performance HP laptop with 64GB memory. I had to shut the computer down and restart. But then switched to accessing the Zoom meeting on my iPhone instead of my laptop.Zoom version 6.5.7Zoom ran fine on my old Dell laptop w Windows 10. But Zoom entirely freezes (black screen) my new HP laptop w 64GB memory and NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX discrete graphics card. Zoom version 6.5.7. Last week when I attempted a meeting, Zoom froze but I was able to see Windows Audio Device Graph isolation taking up all memory. So everyone told me buy the Echo Show 21 it supports Zoom. My Echo Show 21 is finally being delivered today from Amazon. Does the Echo Show 21 support Zoom or is that something that is still down the road? I find plenty of info saying that the 15 does not support zoom but I have found no information one way or the other about the 21.
Prior to December, 2021, I recorded meetings at 1080p. The results could be posted to YouTube and it reflected HD quality. This was important to me since some of the participants were doing screen sharing of PowerPoint slides. Resolution counted. Since that time, without my making any changes to my computer or Zoom settings that I am aware of, other than doing the Zoom updates, my recordings come out at 720p. A few of my friends post recordings and theirs still reflect 1080p. Is there some change on Zoom's part to the PRO accounts that are only now limiting my recording quality?

Hello - we have a large meeting in January 2026 for about 300 people for which we will purchase the large group add on. I was told by Zoom to purchase it in the beginning of January. We would like to send out the registration link beginning in September (so that folks register for the meeting and Zoom automatically sends them the meeting URL link and keeps the list of registrants that I can access). My question (which the Zoom rep couldn't answer) is: if we send out the registration invite in September under our regular basic pro plan license, will the system only allow 100 people to register for this event? We don't know if we would need to purchase the large group add on from Sept to January so that person 101 to 300 can register. If you've ever done this, I'd appreciate your advice - thank you.
Hi.I'm hosting meetings on Linux Mint 21 XFCE using the Version 5.14.0 (1720) Zoom app.I have read the posts about being able to change the font size in the chat box with the CTL + keyboard short cut. I also don't have the controls people report in the accessibility settings. So neither of these options work for me.I'm struggling to read the small text on my monitor, is there something I am doing wrong?
I am working on a laptop elite book HP - HD/HP CAMERA built into laptop on windows 11. I have never had a problem with my camera before however I had to move to ZOOM workplace. I had an important workshop and the camera did not work!! no matter what I tried.... Then second workshop I thought I resolved the issue the camera worked at the start but half way through stopped working.......Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi AllWe experience some issue with sync to salesforce for zoom webinars. We have install zoom for lightning, and do experience different pattern for the webinars created. Attendee - attended the webinar are not always sync to salesforce. We have tried to get in touch with zoom for help, but without any luck. J'ai supprimé un calendrier Google de l'affichage Zoom en appuyant simplement sur le bouton « - » dans l'onglet « Rencontres » > « Vos calendriers ». Or, cela a complètement supprimé les calendriers concernés (catégories « Travail » et « Famille ») non seulement dans Zoom, mais aussi dans Google Agenda. Ils ont totalement disparu, même de la corbeille Google. Google m'a indiqué que cette action a pu être effectuée via une application tierce via API, et Zoom était le seul outil connecté. I found a resolution to the issue mentioned in the subject and I wanted to share a more complete version with the community. Here is a step-by-step on what you can try. Issue:Audio is garbled/suppressed when pushing it through from OBS, a Virtual Cable, or some other source to the microphone to share audio with others without sharing your screen. Symptoms:Garbled AudioAudio fades in and out.Audio sounds clear until about 2 seconds later until it is suppressed Resolution:There are multiple solutions depending on your specific issue. I've listed a few, and the first was the one that resolved it for me. Do Not Test w/ a Mobile Device (iOS/Android)I personally tried all of the solutions below just to figure out that the issue was that I was pushing the audio through a PC correctly, but I was listening from a secondary device that was iOS. I have 2 basic accounts, and I am the owner on both. I am trying to change my meeting passcode, but it's locked by admin on both accounts.I followed several tutorials but none worked for me. Hi,After using zoom heavily for 1-1 coaching calls for over 6 years, I learned about something causing a breach of confidentiality and need to know how I can fix it, please. Assume I'm on a call 10-12 with Client A.Client B arrives to their meeting a little early at 11:55 and naturally goes into the waiting room. I see them arrive and don't admit them because I'm wrapping with Client A.Client B sees the name of Client A rather than my logo as they would see if I weren't in with another client.This breaches confidentiality and has happened 2x in the past couple months.Prior to this, I had no awareness that it had ever happened. Hello, I am trying to capture sound from my MPC (third-party software/hardware) and have it recorded during a Zoom meeting. I’ve tried tinkering with the audio settings on my MPC, Zoom and Macbook… but I can’t get any sound when I try recording a session. I can hear myself just fine and random music I play on my desktop, but when I try to capture sound coming from the MPC I get no sound on the recording. I’ve tried creating aggregate devices, various multi-output device setups, and using Zoom’s native share sound functionality to no avail. I just want to use Zoom to capture music that I create and play using my MPC software/hardware, if possible, so I was hoping to see if there are solutions to help me figure this out.

I’ve been through a lot of the documentation and tried several endpoints, but I’m still not able to get this info reliably. What I need:See the total number of user licenses (contracted) and how many are assigned/in use.See the total number of Zoom Room licenses (contracted) and how many are in use (i.e., how many rooms are using a license). What I’ve already tried:I’ve used /v2/users to list users and filter by type, so I can count how many are licensed. That works for “in use”, but I can’t see the total contracted.I tried /v2/rooms to list Zoom Rooms, which shows me the rooms in use, but not the total number of Zoom Room licenses available/contracted.I tried /v2/accounts/{accountId}/entitlements (which some docs mention), but I get “endpoint not recognized”
A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team chat...not meetings. Is there a way to do this to keep us from having to go back in and check on things manually?
Hello, When i host a meeting, my participant page shows 25 user windows out of 100 users who joined the meeting, and i have to scroll to next page to see more participants. Is there a way to see 49 participants per page, as zoom claims is possible
With the new update the only way to have people in a room see the presentation and the gallery at the same time is to use the "My Screen" tab. However if you are using the "My Screen" tab you can't advance your powerpoint slides using the keyboard. Does anyone have a solution for this? Most of my University's preferred presentation view is slides with the gallery visible for hybrid meetings.
