Why on earth do I need to download the 32 bit version just to be instantly told i have to upgrade to 64 bit edition? Seems like an absolutely unnecessary step - so many websites can decide whether to offer 32 or 64 bit, this just feels very unprofessional.
I am trying to run breakout rooms in a meeting hosted on a university's Zoom. For the past three days, we've had the ability to run breakout rooms. Today, none of the three hosts can find the breakout rooms function in our Zoom tool bar.I checked my account to see if breakout rooms had been un-enabled and they are still allowed.Any ideas on what's going on?
Zoom VDI application version numbering is all over the place. This adds complication when automating version checking/updating rules and creates confusion when trying to explain to users which plugin versions are compatible with a specific VDI desktop version. As an example, the current Zoom VDI client version is listed on the website with four numbers separated by dots: "6.1.14.25530", but in the Zoom application, it's the build number is in parentheses, such as "6.1.14 (25530)" and in Windows Programs and Features the patch number "14" is dropped and only the major, minor, and build number are included, separated by dots, i.e. "6.1.25530" Meanwhile, the non-VDI Zoom Desktop application uses more consistent version numbering which always lists the major, minor and patch versions separated by dots, followed by the build number in parentheses. Is there some reason for the inconsistency in the numbering format for the VDI components?

Hello everyone, I’m sure we are not the only one and this still persist to be a HUGE issue. We used to run programs on Zoom, even major events until this problem came. Using window when sharing sounds cuts out when someone speaks. It works fine on my mac. Which is frustrating as to I have to use 2 computers every time. Microphone even with Original sounds cuts of all music being fed to the mic. still no updates on this.. anyone? Zoom??

I've been using Zoom for a long time, but recently, I've been having trouble with my recordings. Previously, when I spotlighted more than one person on Zoom, the recording would display them as they appeared during the meeting. However, now, whenever I spotlight two or more people, the recording only shows one person at a time, as if it's in speaker mode. Any tips to solve this problem?
when I share the screen and activate the audio sharing function for the computer, the audio automatically stops playing. The youtube videos for example are still playing but without sound. i need urgent help

Why does zoom not close out when i hit exit. It just sits in the background after i have used the the one common resource used to close applications. So why does zoom think its special. Why am i forced to right click on the taskbar. It's not that that is difficult, but this is my computer. Who does zoom think it is that it can just continue to go on. And the fact that there isn't a setting to change this just shows how terrible of a company zoom is. Then on top of that i can't even talk to an actual human to try to fix the problem.
I set a Zoom Webinar registration form and added a few custom questions, all of which are set as "required". I see the questions when I test the form, but the responses (or fields) are not all present when I run the registration report. How do I fix this?
Since I upgraded to MacOS Monterey (12.0.1), my Blue Yeti microphone is not working when I start Zoom (latest - 5.8.6). However, if I switch to another microphone, such as the system (built-in) microphone, and then back to the Blue Yeti, it works fine. This didn't happen prior to upgrading MacOS. Anybody else have the same issue?

I received two zoom invitations from two different people, and when I click on "View Invitation" in each email, I get the following error message. I tried this on my iphone and my laptop (HP laptop) and got the same error message. Not FoundThe requested URL was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I recorded a meeting, but was not aware of the AI feature to provide a written summery (did not enable the summery feature). Can I get a written summary now, after the fact?
I am receiving daily emails that I cannot unsubscribe from with zoom meetings that are automatically being added to my calendar. It is from spam emails and it is clutter my inbox and calendar. Is there anyway to get these emails to stop without blocking zoom as a whole? By blocking zoom that would also block any valid zoom invites from meetings that I would want to attend.
Hi! When I go to share my screen on my iPad, it makes me agree to have the screen share broadcasted/recorded (which I don't have to do when using my computer). Is there a way to just share my entire screen on iPad without having it recorded? Thank you.
Hi there, Since linking my Gmail and Google Calendar with Zoom desktop app, I continuously get distracting pop-up notifications on my desktop - how do I turn these off? For any employees at Zoom that may be seeing this: This is such an incredibly simple request, and it's kind of shocking it isn't obvious how to turn these off after a good search through in the settings. Also, it is also ridiculous that this is the only support that is offered for a paying customer of Zoom - why not simply a LiveChat? Very ridiculous, and very frustrated. Thanks to anyone who can help solve this simplest of requests.
Hi all, when I am with a call with others, and they are sharing audio. Everytime i speak their audio cuts off and resumes once i stop speaking. How do i turn this setting off?
I want to use the QR-Code option for polls (the participants are in the same room and need to use their smartphones to answer). However I want to present one question, collect the answers, talk about the question, then move on to the next questions.Right know, however the participants can answer all questions in one go and be done with it. I don't want that.I could, of course, create separate polls and select the next poll, whenever I want to move on to the next question. However, the participants would have to scan a new QR-Code for every new question and that is too annoying.Is there an option to present the polling questions one at a time?
Hi there, I am having a problem with Zoom that I had never had before, Nowadays, It suddenly starts freezing on launch way more often than it did before, Sometimes, it literally fails to launch, which is pretty annoying, if you're wondering, I just force quitted Zoom app a few days, ago, nothing much. When I press the call control button (one press by default), I receive the error message, "Can't control mic with AirPods Pro." It works just fine when I use my AirPods Pro with Zoom on my iPhone or iPad, but not on my Mac.Has anyone encountered this problem and found a way to get it working on a Mac? My company is transitioning from On24 to Zoom Events. One of the features we utilized was the ability to forward all questions submitted in a webinar to an email account. That email account was integrated with Salesforce, which would automatically create a new opportunity in our CRM. Is there a similar type of workflow that we can implement with Zoom Events, specifically SimuLive Sessions Q&As, that can achieve the same or similar results?
If I set up a recurring meeting via Outlook with a Zoom link and then cancel a single recurring event, all Zoom meetings in the series are deleted. As a workaround, I have to restore the meetings via the Zoom meeting recycle bin.This seems to be a bug. Is there a plan to fix it?
