When setting up a meeting, you can enter attendees however whenever I paste a list of emails, it is seen as invalid. I tried to separate them with commas, but it still is not working. I do not want to enter them individually, any ideas?
Hi, I wanted to ask the community about Translated Captions. Our company works with a global audience and we have an Enterprise account. I can't figure out why the Translated Captions option is not in our portal. The first picture is what we see and the second picture is what we want to see (with the option to enable the feature) . If anyone can assist that would be great. Thanks.
Zoom has removed the webinar service from my account (despite having an active license), and I had active webinars accepting registrations. What will happen to those events and to the people who registered for them and how do I get this fixed so that we can run our webinars.
I have a user who is a delegate for multiple people. For example, User = Delegate is a delegate for both User A and User B in both Zoom Admin and Exchange365 for User A and User B mailboxes. The Delegate is working in Outlook with the Zoom Outlook Add-in. Intermittently, when the Delegate schedules a meeting in Outlook for User A from User A's calendar, the meeting appears correctly on User A's calendar with User A's meeting codes. However, the invite email goes out to all invitees with text stating that User B has invited them to the meeting. This discrepancy was not visible when the meeting was created. Once the invite is sent, it cannot be edited. The meeting has to be canceled and recreated, causing multiple unnecessary emails and making my client appear unprofessional.Do you have any suggestions as to the root cause of this issue?
I have a number of tracks defined for a particular event. When I display the filters on the "Sessions" page, the Tracks are all listed in a random order. Its not alphabetical, nor is it the order that they were created - its just odd. Is it possible to define the order the tracks are displayed? Or at a minimum, have them sorted in alphabetical order? Also, it would be ideal if you could edit a track name and have it apply to all sessions. Imagine the use case where I decided to rename a track - as I understand it, currently I would have to individually edit every session in that track. Thanks
The symptoms: - Sharescreen green button -> Advanced -> Share via Airplay -> no "Zoom-Device Name" option appeared on iPhone/iPad - "Device Name" as an Airplay option exist, which means I can Airplay iPhone/iPad to my device; just no "Zoom-Device Name" option, so I cant Airplay to Zoom - The only solution I found in previous discussion does not work for me (reference post) If i follow "system preferences—sharing—turn off AirPlay Receiver", my "Device Name" option will disappear. And the option comes back when I turn on AirPlay Receiver. - Sharescreen in Zoom via cable works. That's how I survive my work now. But I want to share wirelessly. - My MacBook Air does not have this issue, but my Mac Mini does, and I updated their MacOS and Zoom software at the same time. - All devices are using the same network, up-to-date softwares, Zoom reinstalled multiple times, devices restarted multiple times already
How do I permanently remove the "J" icon that appears as my profile image when I'm off camera during a meeting? Every time I delete it, it re-emerges in my next meeting. I don't want an image or a picture.
I have had to turn off my video in order to remain at a meeting hosted by another,,,,,,the flashing images are intense and distracting.......HELP !
Sharing CX Analytics Reports share option will be available in the September Release?
This isn't exactly Zoom related but I'm having an issue getting my Cisco 8865 to connect to WIFI. Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks!
I've noticed a confusing inconsistency with the microphone mute/unmute shortcut key in the French version of Zoom.In the web version, the shortcut is Alt+Q. However, in the desktop application, the shortcut is Alt+A.This is confusing for French-speaking users who switch between the web and desktop apps. The Alt+A shortcut makes more sense on a French (AZERTY) keyboard and is a common shortcut for "audio" or "mute" in many other applications. The Alt+Q shortcut, however, feels arbitrary. Is there a specific reason for this difference? Are there any plans to unify the shortcut key for better user consistency? Thanks for any insights!
Can anyone help,I have been forced to use my iPad for my meetings, and need help with downloading meetings from the cloud.Does anyone know how to find where meetings are downloaded on an iPad or how to change the download location on an iPad as this is the only device I currently have access to.Thanks for your help
I had a Zoom meeting transcribed but was unaware that the link expires within 30 days. Anyway I can request a new link or recover the transcription?
I've been using ZOOM (on my MAC) since 2020 as do mediators all over the world... HOWEVER, we do not have access to one very important feature that seems like it would be simple for Zoom to offer: a knock or announce feature that we could use before entering the private caucus rooms of our clients and their attorneys. I go back and forth among rooms all day long and I would like a simple button to push, something that audibly sounds, similar to a knock or door bell that rings before I put myself into my client's room. Sending a message via chat does not work because the participants are not always looking at their screens. How hard could it be for ZOOM to incorporate this feature?
Current Version: 6.5.9 on MacbookI'm in a large training (400 participants globally) and the topic is deep and sensitive.I love the capacity to share emoji's and the emoji animations, but I would also love the capacity to silence these and chat notifications easily so that people can express without it grabbing my attention when I'm deep in a process. Thank you!!
Using Zoom workplace. Have no problems with meetings with my 2 sons who are also using zoom workplace. When the Mayo clinic tries to connect with me, I get an indication that my camera is not working. The video icon is red as though the camera is off and I can't turn it on. Get a little popup saying my camera is not working. They can't see me, I can see them, and we can both hear each other. All of the tests, even on the Mayo site result in perfect performance-audio, visual, etc., They do these video sessions with plenty of patients with no problems, so I'm guessing its a setting problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom changed usb ports. Camera is fine except for this. Any ideas? Thanks
New to zoom. Visited knowledge base already. I (finally, sucessfully) uploaded a csv file to personal contacts. I successfully scheduled a meeting. I want to invite ALL the emails (contacts) to the meeting from this list of personal contacts. I don't see an option to do this. It looks as if emails need to be added individually! HELP! Thank you
For about the past week, I think since the last update 6.5.12 both my headset mic and laptop Lenova Legion S7 mics work on test your mic and even in the room make the microphone button fluctuate when speaking, but the box doesn't light up green and it doesn't put the sound out over the feed... Also they work fine in Discord Voice/Video calls.I already uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom twice.
I want to buy the $15 package for calling unlimited to the USA and Canada i read it carefully, and it said regional so my question is that ;do I need to be in the USA to call in the USA for free (unmetered) or can I call from India to the USA for free (unmetered) with the $15 (unlimited USA and Canada regional call) package from Zoom phone? or to call from India to the USA for free I'll have to buy the $20 package?
I started using the auto call feature has been a great addition and I have been using it for a month or so. For some reason though it seems to have got a bit bugged out as of this week. It has started calling me repeatedly after a meeting has started. Sometimes it is 15 minutes, but it has also been up to an hour later. This happens for both meeting auto calls that I decline (because for example I was optional and now don't have time to attend), but also for meetings I have been in that ended early. It happens for both meetings I host, and also ones in which I am invited. Sometimes I get multiple calls and others I do not. The calls do not happen when I am actively in the call (but will call about other meetings when I am in a call), or once the call has past it's scheduled end time. I updated this morning to 6.5.12 for Windows but this issue still occurred. Any one else having this issue, or have any recommendations on fixes?
I've searched everywhere for a solution and nothing has worked. My time zone and time are correct, a ringtone is set, I'm showing as available, yet still I'm missing calls. I have my headphones on so that's where I'd prefer calls to ring but even external speakers would be okay.
Bought a new laptop recently, and everything is great except in the video mode, I have a permanent blue screen virtual background that I can't get rid of. I have an older MacBook Air upstairs that has no problem with Virtual Backgrounds .... but the newer one that I am using as a desktop replacement has this quirk. Haven't quite figure out why this is happening ... and how to get to a normal (real) background. There have been no error codes so far, and I am using the most current version of Zoom Workplace as of today September 6, 2025.Would appreciate advice as how to remedy this situation. Thanks! David M
I suggest adding a new optional meeting setting for hosts: “Allow participants to unmute only when their hand is raised.”Purpose:In long meetings, participants often unmute accidentally (by shortcut or misclick), which interrupts the speaker with background noise. With this setting enabled, participants would only be able to unmute after clicking “Raise Hand.”Benefits:Reduces accidental microphone activations.Keeps focus on the speaker during large or long sessions.Gives hosts better control over meeting flow.
Using external webcams on iPadOS17 is now supported. It works for Facetime. But I have not been able to get an external webcam working on my iPad for Zoom calls, despite having updated my iPad to iPadOS17. Are there settings to make this work, or perhaps use of external webcams on an iPad is not yet supported by Zoom?
