Cisco 8865 Not Connecting to WIFI

please check your cisco 8865 model number.  it must have 3PCC, 3PC or 3PW after the model number? 

zoom supports cisco third party call control phones model number CP-8811-3PCC-K9= or CP-8865-3PW-NA-K9=.  these phones support zero touch provisioning.

Do I need a Wireless LAN Device from Cisco in order to connect it to WIFI or can the phone connect independently ?

The Cisco does not have built-in WiFi; it needs a compatible Cisco WiFi USB dongle to connect.
If you already have the dongle, enable WiFi in Admin Settings -> Network Setup.
