How do you disable speakers from entering the webinar from the backstage? As well as disable them from leaving the webinar into the backstage.
SOS!! I'VE WATCHED VIDEO'S AND YOU TUBE VIDEOS ON HOW TO INSERT A VIRTUAL BACKGROUND!! I have followed the directions, but still not successful. Specifically, once I hit settings none of the options the video's tell me to look for appear!! I am in a new position and really need a professional corporate virtual backgroundI am wondering if my "basic" plan needs to be upgraded to a more expensive plan. Or perhaps I have the wrong version of Zoom. Can't get a "person" on the line via Zoom to help me with this. #frustrated
I am a solopreneur and I have 2 lines which I purchased. I have 2 licenses which I purchased. I already had the 1 company setup on zoom, and with my second license would like to add the second company. However, I need the second line to display a different outgoing caller ID. Is that possible?? Also for my incoming calls would it be possible to have a prefix added to the caller id so I know which number the client is calling to so I can greet them accordingly such as [company 1] 512-512-5125 or [company 2] 512-512-5125
Hi everyone As I'm not really fluent with technical specifications, seeking help if anyone can please advise why there's no virtual or blurred background on my zoom app (my account is basic) even though I've enable the virtual background setting in my profile. My device is Redmi Pad 2 the 8GB Ram versionhttps://www.mi.com/global/product/redmi-pad-2/specs/ I've asked co-pilot to compare with android requirements listed here https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060007 And co-pilot says my device is compatible with the requirement.. or is it actually not?? When a panelist clicks their link to join a session on the Zoom Events platform, is there a way for them to join so that they don't have to login at all? Currently, when our panelists try to join using their special panelist link, it makes them either login to zoom, or login to other accounts such as gmail, facebook, apple, etc. Ideally, they'd be able to join the session just by clicking the link and that would take them directly to backstage. Hey everyone, I've been encountering a recurring issue with Zoom for Intune recently, and I'm wondering if anyone else in the community has experienced something similar. Whenever I close and reopen the app, Zoom for Intune asks me to sign in again, despite having signed in previously. Additionally, I've noticed that the app doesn't provide an option to use Face ID for authentication, which would be more convenient. Has anyone else faced these challenges with Zoom for Intune? If so, how did you address them?

There needs to be an option to make meeting summary's available to hosts, or internal users, but not available (even to request) from participants. This summary capability can build up awkward false expectations for participants.
On some of my Outlook appointment reminders for Zoom meetings, I have a 1-click "Join" option right on the reminder. On the ones that don't have this Join button, I have to open the appointment and click the link in the body of it. Is there a way to add the 1-click Join option right on the appointment reminder?
Hi, I’m experiencing an issue where, every time I share my screen in a Zoom meeting on my Mac, I get a recurring pop-up in the Control Center. It says something like, “Your screen has been accessed X times by Zoom in the past 30 days,” and confirms that Zoom is currently accessing my screen. I understand that this is a security feature, and I have already granted Zoom the necessary permissions, so I’m okay with it accessing my screen. However, the pop-up keeps appearing every 10 seconds, making that part of my screen unusable. This is extremely disruptive, especially when I need to work on something while sharing my screen. Is there any way to disable this notification? Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks!
Zoom Scheduler feedback. Suggestion to customize the Meeting Title. With Calendly, Bookings, FreeBusy and other apps, the Title of the appointment can be changed to be however you want it. The default for Zoom Scheduler is "30 minute meeting with Josh (1 of 20 spots filled)" That is worthless information to me. I have to open the invite to see who scheduled the appt, the company name, and the purpose. Ideally what I would like is the option of the title to be: "Purpose of the Call (Company Name or Person Name)". Let me choose in the settings area how I want the variables to be used in the meeting title. And I just don't understand the purpose of the "1 of 20 spots filled" in the meeting title. Maybe show that when the other user is scheduling the meeting, but not in the title of the meeting.
I know a lot of people hate full screen mode, and googling for information on Zoom and full screen are filled with people trying to figure out how to get out of full screen mode. My problem is the opposite. I love full-screen mode. I'm on a Mac, and "full screen" goes onto its own space/desktop on my monitor that I can three-finger swipe to and from. Especially when screen-sharing, full screen mode allows me to see the shared screen as large as possible with minimum extra "chrome" around it. I have Zoom set to "Enter full screen when starting or joining a meeting: checked" and "Window size when screen sharing: Fullscreen mode". This used to work great. Zoom would start fullscreen, when someone shared it would stay full-screen, when someone stopped sharing it would stay full screen, etc. Sometime about a month back, all my Zoom settings got reset to defaults (no idea why), and even after setting the above two items again, what happens is:Start Zoom meeting: Full
I am developer in edtech company. our company provide support for online classes to tutors and learners by zoom. I can see captured events log for a meeting that has recording started/stopped events. but fetchRecordingAPI is giving response code 3301 with message The recording does not exist.the meeting happened on 21st may and user's doesn't have access to delete/update. Is there any possibility to get the recording back from zoom side.
Hi, I've been using ZOOM for 3 years to schedule meetings. Suddenly (?an update? where I added my contacts, perhaps), I can no longer find the "copy invitation" button that has been working great for me. It used to pop up after I saved a meeting. I am at a loss. How can I copy the invitation for use in emails, reminders, etc. ( the chat bot was hysterically unhelpful)
While sharing my screen, I want to share the audio from a video I am playing but I want to mute my mic's audio. How can I do this?
I am extremely frustrated with Zoom's video recording features. I have my meetings set to record in HD. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. I never can tell whether they are recording in HD until I go back to video the clips later and discover that my entire session is unusable because it was recorded as a low resolution file.This is mind-numbingly frustrating because I do not change settings, I am wired directly to a very fast network, and yet, Zoom cannot seem to record anything greater than 640x360.If anyone has any solution, I would appreciate it.

I use outlook as my calendar app, and we have integration to zoom. But I have tons of "all my all day meetings" that use my screen (usually vacation notice and holidays), and I need to keep scrolling on zoom to find my next meeting to join. Is this possible to hide all day meetings in the client? And past meetings (on the current day), can I hide them?
Just got off a meeting and received the AI summary... in Japanese when we were all speaking English. I have no idea how to change it to English or why it was in Japanese in the first place. How to ensure the summary stays in English?(all participants are in Japan, but ironically it's an English conversation club)
I have an issue with one user that when they share a screen during a meeting the participant can't control the screen; the mouse will move but mouse clicks don't work.It works fine from my machine, with my account and theirs, but I can duplicate on multiple machines It does work on their account/machine when sharing the system, but not the screen. Thoughts?
Are the use of GIFs available in our Zoom chats? If not, will they be made available or are they a part of an upgrade? My job uses MS Teams and GIFs have proven to be a useful addition to the chat. Jill
