Zoom for Intune Sign-In Issue

Hey everyone,

 

I've been encountering a recurring issue with Zoom for Intune recently, and I'm wondering if anyone else in the community has experienced something similar.

 

Whenever I close and reopen the app, Zoom for Intune asks me to sign in again, despite having signed in previously. Additionally, I've noticed that the app doesn't provide an option to use Face ID for authentication, which would be more convenient.

 

Has anyone else faced these challenges with Zoom for Intune? If so, how did you address them?

while signing up you will see there a option of [keep me sign in] just click it.

Thanks a lot for your reply, Vedantthakur. Your suggestion applies to the computer app but not to the mobile app.

Any update? Same issue here with Zoom for Intune with SSO login, having to sign in every time the app is relaunched.

 Is this Zoom for Intune on iOS or Android?

I am having the issue only on iOS.  Android works fine.
