Greetings, we are looking to incorporate Delivery Management into our environment and find its very easy and straight forward to use. The one use case we cannot find any documentation on is when receiving a package destined for a department (group) rather than an individual user such as marketing or accounts receivable. I was hoping to be able to use "user groups" under user management or be able to prepopulate a list of group email addresses, but they do not show up in the recipient field when adding a scanned delivery. Curious on current best practices to accomplish this.
In the last two weeks -- there's been reports from some of our clients where their Zoom Room controller is showing that the Room Controls cannot connect to the Zoom Room appliance PC. A "Retry" button shows but pressing it will not reconnect the device. Multiple conference rooms are affected by this issue currently. All affected rooms are running Android-based Zoom Room controllers and Windows PCs as the Zoom Room appliance. They are on the latest 6.5.5 version, and I noticed there was a note that said the following:Resolved an issue that prevented third party room controls from working correctly. Android Controller The simplest way that fixed all rooms' (the three of them in this case) Room Controls on the Zoom Room Controller was simply restarting the Zoom Room app on the Windows PC (exiting and re-launching the app). Several months ago I purchased the add-on so that I could get translated captions. Sometimes they work beautifully. Sometimes they SUCK. Let me give you an example:During today's meeting (taking place in French) I had the translated captions on because my native tongue is English. I am finding that I am not able to view images sent via the chat in meetings / classes. Others in the meetings can see them. I am using a galaxy tablet A10. I have updated zoom and searched here and other places on the web for solutions.I am looking for a solution - zoom is suggesting I view images via other apps but none of the ones I have - gallery etc will display them either.
How many AA meeting Zoom accounts have been affected by bombers, making removing them difficult by toggling the RAISE HAND feature? Yes, we have a great security team, and we know how to use the participants list to type in the name and then eject the bomber, but some meetings don't have that because they are newer or smaller. People are dying out there, trying to stop drinking, and the bombers are so prolific and scaring people off. I've seen other meetings using screening questions to keep bombers out, but keep these desperate newcomers out, too. Zoom is adding so many complex features, yet we cannot get them to listen to us to add something that to me, is quite simple. How do we get this to somebody who will listen?
I just lelft a meeting and forgot to save the transcription. Is there anyway I can still retrieve it?
Hi!I used to have active speaker working on Zoom for my recordings but no longer seem to have it. The fixes all point to choosing active speaker on that top right hand menu, but it's not there for me. It seems to have worked for me randomly but I'm not at a loss as to how I can have it reintroduced to my 'view' selections. All I can see are Speaker / Gallery / Multi-Speaker / Immersive. Is there something I need to do? Or has it been removed? Neil
It's only possible or me to share the full screen instead of just a single window. How to reproduce: - Start a "New meeting".- Click "Share".- Choose "User system window capture" and click "Share".- [UNEXPECTED] "Remote control requested" is show.- Click "Share".- [UNEXPECTED] The whole screen is shared. I expected to see KDE's "Screen sharing" dialog that allows me to choose a single window. This works when using the web client through Firefox. I tried running the app with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb or XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME and it made no difference. I also tried setting capture mode on Wayland to "Pipewire Mode" and "Original Mode". No success either. Software versions:Zoom: 6.1.1.443 x86_64 installed from zoom-6.1.1.443-1.src.rpm.OS: Fedora 40 running KDE Plasma 6.1.2 on Wayland.
I lost my computer and all the database. Now I need to find some extremely important meeting recordings, but the meetings were from August 2025, and the recordings expired due to passing 30 days of storing on cloud. How can I recover these very importint recordings? Thank you so much, I hope there would be a way for this.

Hello, I’m having an issue logging into Zoom using the “Sign in with Google” option on my Xiaomi Pad 6 tablet. After I select my Google account, I get redirected to a screen that says “Zoom will launch in a few seconds,” but nothing happens. I’m stuck on that screen and Zoom does not open. Details:- Device: Xiaomi Pad 6- OS: HyperOS 2.0.2.0 (Android 14)- Zoom App Version: (please insert your version here)- Issue: Google login hangs after authentication, app doesn't resume I’ve tried:- Reinstalling Zoom- Clearing app cache and data- Updating Android System WebView- Using different browsers- Manually switching back to Zoom- All system updates are installed The same Google account works fine on other devices (Windows PC, Android phone), so the issue seems specific to this tablet or OS. Been zooming my fitness classes since early in pandemic. All of a sudden last night when I open Zoom on my ipad all my meetings are gone except one. All my meetings are on my computer so they are not expired. This has not happened before. I don't know what to do to get them to appear as choice on my phone or ipad. Please help! Karen27
We have a specific user that keeps getting 1GB limit notification whenever she is trying to add a file to a whiteboard but other users are able to add items to the same whiteboard with no issues.We tried to remove zoom, update the version, etc etc. but she keeps getting the same error message.
I have upgraded my account so that I can have/host meeting for up to 23 hours a day.Once I walk out of the physical office and the call is inactive or an hour or so, the meeting turns off and it tells me "the meeting has ended after 40 minutes idle time". I would like the meeting to keep running even when there is no movement or conversation as we would like to come back and continue. Please help. Idle time meaning that the call had no interation.
My zoom app crashes when I'm trying to join a meeting with video in the waiting room. It works perfectly fine if I join a meeting without video enabled in the waiting room, it also works fine when I join through the browser. I already tried updating the app, my OS and tried also reinstalling Zoom.Please do help.Thank you
I recorded a class lecture with transcripts/closed captioning. If I access the video in the cloud, the captions appear; however, when I download the video from the cloud, the captions are not visible and are stored as a separate file. Is there a way to download the video with the captions so I don't need to do additional editing? The captions are correct and I'd love to be able to share the video in my Canvas course without having to do additional work. This is a really important feature.
Hello. I am reaching out to raise a concern about certain activity observed in Zoom rooms that indicates the presence of illegal content involving minors. Some users are making requests and using language that suggests illegal sexualizes activity involving minors. Iam requesting the ability to help remove participants engaging in such behavior, to help protect other uses and ensure compliance with legal obligations regarding CSAM. Can anyone provide any solutions? I've tried disabling hardware acceleration, and setting the zoom application priority to "high" in Task Manager, but I'm still having this issue.

This has to be the weirdest tech support issue I have ever encountered. On Wednesdays at 11:00am, when I log onto a recurring meeting, my zoom camera will show a snapshot image of my office plant, rather than my normal video feed. This has happened about 3-4 times in the past few months. Sometimes the snapshot of the plant is from different angles (floor view looking up, side view, etc.). I have Zoom meetings at other days and times (for example, all day on Mondays), and this glitch has not happened at any other time. I don't even know how my laptop would have a snapshot of my office plant, since there is never a reason for it to face that way. Has anyone ever experienced this??

I've had a number of issues which may be connected: they've all happened in the past four days after a period of not scheduling meetings with clients.First client> I scheduled meetings in the zoom app and they did not appear in my calendar – I tried several times.> I eventually created a meeting in my calendar and pasted the zoom link into it. I invited my client who wrote back to say "i received the invite but unfortunately it's been jumbled by our firewall"Second client> I scheduled a meeting in zoom and this time it went to my calendar in the usual way. Don't know why.> I then invited my client as I usually do. She responded "it appears I need to sign on to access the invitation"> I tried again with a new zoom meeting and a new invitation. She sent me a screen grab of an error message: This XML file does not seem to have any style information associated with it. I'm on a Mac using Calendar and Mail. This all used to work before but now it doesn't. Hope
While I wanted to inform Zoom of 2 URLs that are redirect to a Zoom-looking site to download. I have the program Saraph Secure, which told me the domains where phishing and remote apps are detected. I've been taking my time trying to report these domains, but the person has hidden all information other than how they got the domains.
