We need to be able to have a Task List appear for everyone, both the creator and assignee. For example; I need our team to see the Lists I've created and the tasks I've assigned to them in that list. It makes simple project management very difficult without this. This is creating double work until this is resolved. Solution: Add another check box when creating a list to make it public or private. Public ones will auto populate on the assignees List section when someone is assigned to the task.
Tasks was recently added as an option to use when creating a Workflow. It appears to me that there's a bug where any Workflow which is created that invokes a Task card will not do anything. As an example, I tried creating a Workflow with a @Tasks Mention Group as a trigger, which then grabs an AI Summary from the last 12 hours, and creates a task assigned to the one who mentioned the Mention Group and dumps the summary in the description. When using this mention group, nothing happens. But if I take the Tasks card out of the Workflow and replace it with just sending the AI Summary directly to the person who used the mention group, then the Workflow works. I'm pretty sure I filled out all the required fields, and I tried to set up a few variations of Workflows which invoke Tasks, but basically, it seems that any Workflow involving a Task will have no effect when published. Has anyone else encountered this or found a workaround?
I installed zoom 6.60 on ubuntu 22.04 LTS. This was not able to open a meeting window when joining to a meeting. After uninstalling zoom, installing zoom version 6.1.11 and upgrading to zoom 6.6.0 it worked. What is the reason and what can i do to make zoom 6.6.0 work directly?
Hi, I am having troubles to join a meeting on Ubuntu with a version larger than 6.3.11 (7212).The connection to the meeting works fine, but after following the link or enter meeting ID and passcode nothing happens. Nothing in the logs, no hidden window or process. It was a bit tricky, but I managed to install download and install 6.3.11 (7212). Hello all, Thought I'd make my own thread to bring more attention to this issue. I don't hear a sound when receiving a new chat in Zoom, although I've enabled (1) push notifications for all messages and (2) play sound when I receive a new message, and disabled (3) mute chat notifications while I am in a meeting, if this is relevant. I've deleted and reinstalled Zoom, as well as enabled push notifications for Zoom through the system preferences on my Mac (a community solution from another thread). Has anyone else found a different solution? Thanks!

Since the AWS outage on Monday the cloud zoom recordings I made on the day of the outage have not been downloadable. They just say "Processing". But they have been processing now for almost two days. Are these recordings lost? Or will they be processed eventually so that I can access them?Thanks Philip
Considering the Cisco 9861. I looked through the feature list provided by zoom. I see that aim call parking and group call pickup are not available on the cisco 9800 series. Any idea when/if they are coming? To clarify, aim call parking allows a blf key to be used to park a call and then another can retrieve it. With respect to group call pickup, if it is not supported, does this mean that these phones cannot answer a call the rings to a group? Thanks
Hello, In using Whiteboards is there a way to lock objects so participants cannot adjust them but still allow the participants to edit or move other objects? I teach classes and I want my students to be able to use a whiteboard template to manipulate certain objects but not change the template items (move, resize, certain objects).

We are preparing for the transition to Salesforce Enhanced Messaging from Live Chat. As a company with support agents around the clock and around the world, we rely heavily on a script to check agent availability in Live Chat. As Salesforce will not be providing a similar solution for Enhanced Messaging, I'm curious how other companies are addressing this critical workflow. Suggestions?
We deploy zoom outlook plugin msi through SCCM in our environment. If we manually install/uninstall or go through sccm to upgrade a previous outlook plugin install we get these errors. The zoom cleanup tool doesnt work for the plugin. Does anyone have any ideas on how to force remove the plugin so a reinstall can work? We are full IT admins for our org and there only a handful of these issues but they are growing.
I have a profile picture for my Zoom account which previously showed up when I joined a meeting (before I turned on Video) or when I turned Video off during a meeting.Recently my profile picture stopped appearing when I was signed in with thevideo off. This has happened in several different meetings.I have a Zoom account, and if I start a meeting my profile picture does appear when I have Video off. How can I fix this?Caroline
Hello. It is required per California Code that all conference rooms with audio/video be equipped with an assistive listening system. I have a small, simple conference room with one screen, running a Zoom Rooms appliance (say, a Neat Bar or a Logitech Rally Bar). I need this appliance to give me an aux audio output (e.g. 3.5mm jack) that contains the call audio that I can feed into the audio input of my assistive listening transmitter. So far I haven't found any all-in-one Zoom Appliance that has an aux audio out - do you know of any out there?If I were to use a dedicated computer (Logitech Roommate, Intel NUC, ...), would Zoom Rooms let me output call audio to two peripherals at the same time (1. USB audio peripheral for the room (a sound bar for instance), and 2. the front audio jack connected to assistive listening transmitter) ?Is my only choice to use an audio splitter after the selected audio output? Hi. How can I share audio on Zoom from one application only? I am hosting an All Hands. The PowerPoint presentation has embedded intro/outro audio tracks. During the presentation, other audio-generating applications will be running on my computer, like Slack. I don't want my Slack notification, Outlook notification, etc. sounds to be heard by the attendees. Related: Is it finally possible to toggle audio share without stopping/restarting the share? That would be a sort-of acceptable solution, as the notification sounds would only come through during that brief period of time.
Hi there. I am trying to login in to our business account using the regular email address that we always use for admin privileges. However, when I type in the email address and click 'NEXT', a message shows up in red letters saying, "Having trouble signing in with this email. Please sign in with a different account or create a free account." I am using the account we have always used and nothing has changed on our end. And since I can't login with that email/account I can't access SUPPORT because free accounts (like the one I'm using right now to post this) doesn't allow me to contact support. WOW. My Zoom phone has stopped showing the name of the person who is calling and instead just says "For (my name)" and shows their number. How do I go back to seeing the name of the caller so I can avoid people? 😅

I just found zoom fax today and very happy about it. When setting up cover pages it looks like fields can be dynamic base on the sender's user record. However when we tested it only the sender name and fax number automatically populated along with the recipient fax number. Does the system support automatically populating sender company, sender address, and sender phone number? If so, where do we need to update user profile records?
During meetings, an emoji periodically floats through my Zoom screen. My client can see it too and neither of us know what triggered it. It has happened with more than one client. There have been thumbs up and hearts. I use Zoom for healthcare which is supposed to be HIPAA compliant and this makes me nervous. Any insights as to what this is / how to turn it off? Thank you!
