Hello everyone,I am planning to purchase a Zoom Phone plan mainly for USA business calling and I would like to hear real user experiences before purchasing.I need a USA virtual phone number and want to use Zoom Phone for making and receiving calls in the United States.I would like to know: Is Zoom Phone call quality good for USA calling? Do calls connect instantly or are there delays/issues? Have you faced call drops, voice lag, or network problems? Is the service reliable for business use? Does it work well internationally outside the USA? Please share your honest experience with Zoom Phone service. Thank you.

I am performing an audit on our system and want to generate a list of Auto Receptionists but do not see a way to export to CSV like many of the other fields. (Call Queues, Users, etc...)Does anyone have a solution I apparently am overlooking? Thanks

We’ve had a few users that had phones hanging off small 5 port DLINK POE powered pass-through switches. The users Poly Edge E550 phones lines were going red and the phone would reboot or cycle but come back. It would happen intermittently. We figured these low power POE powered passthrough switches were to blame so we remove them and the problem still occurred. We rolled the users phones back to 8.3.1 firmware and we haven’t had any reports. So far only two users phones reported issues but they are two users that probably talk more than others and so they noticed we think. Our of an abundance of caution we rolled all phones back to 8.3.1 and are waiting for a new firmware. Anyone had similar issues with Poly Edge 8.4.1.0068 firmware? 

I have a free Zoom account and just purchased a Zoom Phone plan. I've been searching help articles but literally can't figure out how to make a phone call using Zoom Phone. Maybe I don't have a full understanding of what this feature allows you to do but my goal was to be able to setup a conference call with team members then make an outbound prospecting call and have my team members listen in. I believe I have everything setup. Is there supposed to be a phone icon somewhere? I read in one article that there should be a "phone" menu at the top of the Zoom meeting window but I do not have it. HELP PLEASE!!!!

Are there logs in the Zoom web portal where I can see if there were any outages where we may have lost connectivity briefly? We had some internet issues.and one area reported they had intermittent outages with Zoom Phone  even though we have local survivability. They also reported they were missing call recordings that appeared later.Thank you in advance.

Hi, everybody. Does anybody have the same problem as us. Zoom is not responding to our emails? We email support as well as our account manager, and it is just silence? We try again and another silence. We have been with Zoom for many years, and they're just going downhill. 

From time to time users will dial a number and it states call forbidden. They hang up the phone and dial the number again and the call completes?

Hello,Is there a  way to disable the callerid from scrolling when the call is forwarded on a Poly E350/450 phone? We have an AR setup. For option 1, the call is forwarded to an SLG. The callerid scrolls, but since this is so much info being displayed, the original callerid is missing. Since this is a busy office, hey want to collect the callerid when the call is being presented, not in the call history. Any suggestions?Thank you in advance.

Recently, Zoom’s Note-taking has popped up on my Mac each time I use Siri to place a call on my iPhone – see the attached screenshot.I’ve not found a setting to block this pop-up.-- Ward

In zoom phone we are having issues with the called party not being able to hear the calling party. Once we reset the phone it seems to solve the issue for a little while. Has anyone else come across this issue, we have Yealink phones.

We have a company that is taking over their own Zoom Phone account. I need to remove the numbers from my account so that they can add them to their account. I’m trying to set up a call queue that is exclusively used for Faxing.  The members of the queue should never have this queue ring their phone, and it should never accept a voicemail.  Just send and receive faxes.Is this possible?  I think I have some settings to do this, but not clear if this will work.  Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t an option out of the box.  TIA for any help/helpful suggestions

In zoom phone is there a way to determine what party terminated a phone call. 

Have Zoom Phone for about 162 users.  Our users use a combination of Zoom app and Polycom VVX310 desk phones.  Most use both (have a desk phone and use the app when remote). Our front desk uses a Polycom desk phone but mostly uses the Zoom app with the PowerPak add on.   I am getting more and more reports of when a call is transferred one person cannot hear the other.  It can vary on if its one of my users who cannot hear, or the remote side, but once that party calls back, the second call - audio is fine. This is happening on WARM transfers. Microphone and audio settings are not in play here as its random and occurs with the app and desk phones both, but again completely random. I am not sure even where to start with this troubleshooting.  Logs show everything is good.   Call logs do not show any errors of course as the calls are completed

Need to have two zoom phone system open at the same time

Cisco released their latest 9800 series phones over a year ago. Cisco markets the phone as, "use one device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other 3rd party cloud calling platforms. My Zoom rep has indicated that this phone might be certified in June 2025 and that it's on their roadmap but that no official ETA has been announced.We are seriously considering switching from our legacy Avaya Aura PBX to Zoom Phone. We like the Poly Edge devices we've tested however the Cisco 8800 and newer 9800 series devices seem a little higher quality and more substantial.  I personally prefer the larger buttons. Has anyone heard anything about when these phones will be supported by Zoom and other cloud calling platforms? I've look at all the providers (Zoom, Nextiva, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft, etc.) and none of them support the 9800 series yet, even though it's been out a year.

Hello,  We recently installed multiple MP1288s in our environment.  We have a large number of Cortelco 255400VBA-20M phones spread throughout our campus.  Currently we are experiencing an issue where the phones do not ring loud enough to be heard.  The sound is a muffled clicking.  I have found that when you slide the volume adjuster to the halfway point on the phones, they can be heard but not loud enough for most areas.  I am currently troubleshooting this issue with an Audiocodes tech, but still have not figured out a way to get the volume of the bell loud enough.  Has anyone ever come across this problem?  I have checked the firmware.  We have attempted to change the Trapezoid Ring Parameter, to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi everyone,I was buying zoom pro plan monthly of $24 but there is showing error of 7000 while i attached my NayaPay and SadaPay which is violation error but i never used zoom before on this gmail in pakistan.Also now i ask my friend to buy from my behalf but now when he’s trying to attached his NayaPay card he’s facing other error of Error code: UZNS614.Please suggest me what to do?
