Called party can't hear

In zoom phone we are having issues with the called party not being able to hear the calling party. Once we reset the phone it seems to solve the issue for a little while. Has anyone else come across this issue, we have Yealink phones.

    Sounds like a classic one-way audio issue. Since a reboot fixes it temporarily, it could be related to firmware bugs, SIP registration, or network/NAT settings. Worth checking firmware updates on Yealink, SIP ALG on your router (try disabling it), and QoS/firewall rules—these often cause this kind of behavior.
