Hi, I am trying to set up a meeting for September, however, it is not appearing on my Upcoming Meetings list. When I create one for a nearer date it does show. Is there a glitch? Thanks.

I can"t now find my my recurring meeting to start on my IPad or Phone. This was not a problem till about 4 weeks ago. One off meetings aren't a problem. What do I do?

Hi everyone,For the past few days I have been unable to log into Zoom on my Windows desktop application because of Error 1132.The strange part is that my Zoom account works perfectly on Android devices using the same account and network. The issue only happens on my Windows PC.Things I already tried: reinstalling Zoom restarting the PC trying different internet connections disabling VPN clicking “Report to Zoom” (nothing happens) Since mobile login works fine, I believe the account itself is not banned and the issue may be related to the Windows client, local cache, or device/network detection.Has anyone found a working fix for this issue on Windows?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue sharing my iPad screen to Zoom on Windows.When I go to Share Screen   iPhone/iPad via AirPlay, my iPad detects the Zoom AirPlay receiver and shows that it is connected. However, nothing appears in Zoom on my Windows computer. The screen does not start sharing.The strange thing is that my iPhone works correctly with the same Zoom meeting, same Windows computer, and same Wi-Fi network. The issue only happens with the iPad.I already tried:Stopping and restarting Screen MirroringClosing and reopening ZoomRestarting the iPadChecking that both devices are on the same Wi-FiTrying the connection again from the beginningThe iPad still shows that it is connected to Zoom, but Zoom does not display the iPad screen.Has anyone experienced this with an iPad on Zoom for Windows? Is there a specific iPad setting or workaround I should try?Thanks!

When I share an application window there is normally an annotation icon in the bottom left corner of the shared screen or in the meeting controls.  If I share my entire screen annotations are available.  However, this is not ideal for my purposes as it takes over the participants screen and impacts their workflow during the meeting.I have checked my account meeting settings and annotations are enabled.  I checked my Zoom app settings and the “include annotation toolbar” is selected.I’m running Zoom 7.0.5 (3034) on Fedora 44 with Gnome 50 and Wayland 1.24.  Same problem with Zoom 7.0.0 (1666) and 6.7.5 (6891) so I suspect this is a Gnome 50 issue. 

Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues.  I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android).  After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera.   The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem.  Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg.  While I can se

I now have a white clouded border framing my display on Zoom meetings.  Can I turn it off?  If so, how?

Fellow Windows nerds will be familiar with how you can “Identify” your monitors inside the display settings.  This temporarily pops up a numeric identifier to make clear which is monitor 1 and which is 2, or 3 or more.  In my case I have 2.  Monitor 1 is connected via a DisplayPort output, and 2 is connected via hdmi.  However, when I’m in zoom and sinvoke the screen share dialogue box, the available screens to share are reversed.  I’m trying to train others to run meetings among individuals of a variety of skill levels.  This discrepancy mis-orients the user positionaly in our case, and also simply causes confusion in general because we refer to monitor 2 as the “second display,” which it rightly is, but zoom insists that it’s monitor 1.    Very annoying!  Anyone know how to resolve?  My best guess is that this has something to do with the fact that when the computer was first turned on out of the box, it was only connected to an hd

What is the purpose of having the Zoom app for phone use and have the option to record a meeting automatically when it will not actually record it and save to your phone?

Hi all,  With the latest update to the Zoom app on my Mac, the layout has changed again- where I used to be able to open the app to a page that very easily let me click "start" for a new (unscheduled) meeting with my PMI, now none of the options are as easily accessible. Is there any way to revert back to the old interface or find the page I'm looking for?This sounds stupid, but as a therapist with many sessions a day, I really just want to be able to open the app and easily click start. I am a consultant who conducts lots of interviews for projects. I have always used otter.ai for notes and then downloaded them into word. I was told by someone that the new Zoom note-taker is better because it knows how is talking and can attribute the words correctly. I have been using it the last two days and it is very good and accurate. I have is that I now have 10 separate AI Docs with transcripts. The problem is what when I try to download into Word or PDF, the only thing on the document that is downloaded is the generic Zoom title; not the actual transcript. Is there a way to do this wihout having to copy/past each entire transcript into a Word doc on my desktop?

I'm surprised to learn Zoom Workplace app does not automatically send email invites. When you add emails creating a meeting, nothing is sent??! You have to manually send. 

Can can anyone help me with my echoing / resounding / reverberating sound issues? I have already tried everything in the audio settings , for example by changing the setting of echo reduction to high. There a bunch of other windows specific audio settings in zoom, which I do not understand. I am using a pretty professional USB-mic by Marantz via Desktop. Any help appreciated. Thanks. 

What should I do if the headphones don't connect? they are connected to the phone, I have provided all the permissions in the settings. there is only wi-fi and no sound, bluetooth is not there (please help, I reinstalled the offer, tried to connect in different ways, nothing at all((

what's the best way you've found to schedule a meeting and send invitations? Also, to update the invitation? When I create a meeting on the website it doesn't seem to send out the invitations.  Meetings are being missed.  It used to work "okay", but not anymore. What's your process?  Also, how do you verify the meeting was received or accepted?   I apologize if this has been addressed before.

Hello,  Can someone direct me to the new areas where older functions can be located in the new workspace version of Zoom Meetings? I want to share my screen and give remote access to the Zoom participants. I used to be able to do that under the Share function. Now I can't find that option.  Thank you!

Hi, I joined a Zoom meeting as a guest (not signed in). The host was having trouble recording, so I selected "Record" on my side. I heard the Zoom audio message confirming that the recording had started.When the meeting ended, I lef the meeting, and I never saw any message about it processing or saving. But I did see a message to sign in to see your recording. No file shows up on my device and nothing appears in my Zoom account.Is it possible to recover this recording in this situation — when the participant was a guest and the recording may not have finished processing?Any guidance would be appreciated, I cannot get any live person from Zoom to help me.Sent from my iPhone

Wanting to change my login method, I accidentally removed the permission to log in with a Google Gmail account from my profile. Now I can no longer log in and I can't contact technical support without login. How can I contact technical support without being logged in ?Thank you for your help.
