Schedule meetings and send invitations?

what's the best way you've found to schedule a meeting and send invitations? Also, to update the invitation?

When I create a meeting on the website it doesn't seem to send out the invitations.  Meetings are being missed.  It used to work "okay", but not anymore.

What's your process?  Also, how do you verify the meeting was received or accepted?

I apologize if this has been addressed before.

Hi @itguy1971owp,

I’m sorry for the late response. We’re glad to have you here!

The best way to schedule a Zoom meeting and ensure invitations are sent and updated is to use your integrated calendar (such as Outlook or Google Calendar) when scheduling the meeting. Here’s a recommended process:

  1. Schedule the meeting through your calendar integration—this automatically sends invitations with the Zoom link to all attendees.
  2. Add attendees by entering their email addresses in the calendar event and click Send to distribute the invites.
  3. If you need to update the meeting (time, link, etc.), make the change in your calendar event and send the update—attendees will receive the revised invitation.
  4. To verify if the invitation was received or accepted, check your calendar event’s attendee list for RSVP status (Accepted, Declined, or No Response).

If attendees aren’t receiving invitations, ask them to check their spam/junk folders and confirm their email addresses are correct.
