Changing my password

I cant figure out how to change my password, when I get the email to change my password it just says "A request was made to change the password for your account. Because your account admin has disabled signing in with your work email, please click the button below and sing in with one of the other listen methods." However, when I click this link it just signs me in automatically and does not let me change my password.

As the email says, your account has disabled the use of the standard email/password login, so you have to use one of the other options, such as SSO, Google, Apple, or Facebook login. If you need to change your password for one of those services, you need to initiate that process with that service directly, as Zoom has no access to edit your account data held by those services.
