Zoom Room as Google calendar resource and automatic host

Hi all. 
We are using a Zoom Room in our board room.
Ideally we would like it to behave like so:
  • A user creates a meeting in Google calendar
  • They add the board room's corresponding google calendar resource as the location of the meeting
  • By virtue of being invited to the meeting, the zoom room  generates a Meeting link
  • The zoom room is automatically host (or co-host), so that the meeting can always start when the board room is present, and meetings can be recorded.
Is it possible to configure the zoom room as outlined here? In particular can zoom rooms auto-generate meetings when included as a google calendar resource?
