Hi there,

 

I can see the release note for Zoom Room 5.10.0 was already out and I can't seem to find the download location for this version.

 

Can someone point me the right direction please?

Thanks for your suggestion but I can't see 5.10.0 is available to download from Download Center.

What device are you attempting to upgrade?  I see Zoom Rooms for Conference Rooms 5.10 is listed, but it only shows the Mac version. I don’t have access to a Zoom Room now, but normally update to Zoom Rooms is done through your web access to the account. Type “manually update Zoom rooms for pc” in the Bolt chat window – it will give you instructions first on using the web interface, but then will ask you if you want instructions on updating manually - click the appropriate button. If those don’t work, I’d suggest logging a ticket with support. Here you’re getting help from other users.

Hi Ray,

 

I'm trying to upgrade a Zoom room device (win10) from portal. 

Apparently the latest version is 5.9.4 and no option to upgrade to 5.10.0.

 

Maybe just have to wait for few more days for Zoom to globally deploy their new version?

Hi, everyone

 

In our account, we have automatic updates enabled in our Room account settings.
Once updated to 5.10.0, now it is 5.9.4.
I suspect that some problem was discovered with 5.10.0 and it was reverted to 5.9.4.
