Hello, 

At last 3 week's i  have a problem with acces to my account : ***********

i have enter the code , that on my email, problem is  that i haven't received a mail from zoom with that code

After all, i have decided to reset my password, and also haven't receive  mail   with new password.

Can  help me ?

@alexandrusernam it sounds like the emails are getting caught in some sort of spam filter.  If they are not in your spam folder, I would recommend reaching out to technical support to see if they can assist in getting the email for you.
