the video in my recorded presentation lost quality, is chopped

Hello, 
while recording my powerpoint presentation the videos played at normal speed.
The recorded presentation shows a chopped video. 
How can I record the powerpoint slides with video playing at the original quality ?

I am still searching for an answer. PowerPoint share and recording work fine live. But on two computers at different sites the converted recording made by Zoom shows the lowest quarter of the screen to a darker shade. I would be grateful for any help.
