Hello,

I have the impression that my ZOOM account is being hacked, here is a screenshot when I log into it (available as an attachment).

Of course I am not the originator of this request and I have no possibility to cancel this request in progress!

I need to cancel this request...

Best regards,

First, change your password immediately. Make sure to choose a strong password that is not easy to guess and includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Additionally, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Zoom account if you haven't already. This will add an extra layer of security to your account.

Second, review your Zoom account settings to make sure they haven't been changed. Check your account information, meeting settings, and any connected apps or integrations to ensure they are still the ones you originally set up.

Finally, contact Zoom's support team immediately to report any unauthorized requests or activity on your account. They should be able to assist you in canceling any pending requests and securing your account.

I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hello Julia,

Thank you for your help.

How can I contact ZOOM? I can't change my password anymore, I can't bypass the domain change.

Best regards,
