breakout rooms and privacy

Hello, I'd like to have two separate simultaneous meetings where the participants cannot see each other. I think this can be done but utilizing the waiting room and breakout rooms. Once someone is assigned to a breakout room, would they be able to see ALL of the participants in the meeting, or only those in their room? I am hoping the latter, otherwise confidentiality will be compromised. Thanks for any insight!

Participants in one room can not see participants in another. Be sure to uncheck "allow participants to return to main session at any time" or they can simply leave the room whenever they want. This setting is under breakout room option in meeting.
