Waiting Room Configuration Error

Hello, 

In the Waiting Room Config, any changes I make to logo, image or video are not saved to the system. 

 

Meaning that when I log into my zoom room as a client, I see the old logo, image, or video not the new options I just uploaded. 

 

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!

Try a private browsing window and log into your Zoom account and then go to this Waiting Room configuration page and try to change it again.

I tried this and it does not work. Anyone else having this issue with videos not updating in the custom waiting room settings?
