Unable to view saved meetings in my account - help appreciated


Hi All,


When I schedule a meeting in my account, I can set it up and save it ok and copy the invitation link but as soon as I go back to My Meetings it disappears from view. The My Meetings page is completely blank so I cannot access any of the meetings I have set up. At the moment I am saving the invitation link, emailing it to my clients and then using the link in the invitation email to start the meeting but obviously this is not satisfactory.


I'd be grateful for any support with this issue. I am on the Zoom Pro plan which doesn't provide live support and I sent an email for support a couple of days ago but haven't heard back.
