Reports on recurring meetings

Is there a way to generate reports on attendees for recurring meetings -- I would like to see everyone who attended the meetings over the course of the last year.

Thanks!

Hi,

Yes you can get it from the dasboard management just lookup by meeting id and time that you want to check or you can use reports

Here is the dashboard reference : https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204654719-Getting-started-with-Dashboard-?mobile_site=true...

Here is the link for reports reference : https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363213-Getting-started-with-reports?mobile_site=true

Hope it helps! please like and mark this as solution so whenever someone has the same question this content will help.

Hi @officeTS ,

Unfortunately, there is no way to see all the attendance  for all of the recurring series in one single report. Each session is split into a separate report, so you would need to access each and manually combine them into one report.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

How do you access the report for a single complete session of a recurring meeting? I held one today and urgently need the participant report but when I search for the meeting report it isn't there

Allows you to view the usage of your Zoom Events licensing plans. Meeting: Allows you to search for Registration Reports and Poll Reports for a meeting hosted by a user on the account. Select the type of report you need, search by a date range to find the meeting, and then click Generate for the report.
