Recording interview without my image

I want to record an interview where I am the producer and NOT seen anywhere or any way on the screen. Just my voice when I open my mic.

Please help.

I guess you want the interviewee's video on the screen all the time. How about spotlighting their video so the active speaker won't switch to you
