Recording disappeared


I recorded a webinar on the cloud, and it is nowhere to be found, not on the zoom website under recordings, nor in the trash, nor in Echo 360. Late in the Webinar i looked and it was still recording, but at the end it wasn't. Don't know how the recording stopped, but there would have been something left.

for this issue, I think contacting Zoom Support would be the best option. 

If you'd like to contact them via email, you can visit this page: , or chat with them by following the steps below. 

1. Go to the website. 

2. Click at the bottom right hand corner of the screen to speak with the chatbot. 

3. Type connect with live agent, or something along those lines. 

4. Select from the options of which team you would like to connect with. 

6. Select or type "support" from the menu. 

7. From the list of options, select the product you are inquiring about. 

8. Wait patiently for an agent to join your chat.
