500 participants issue

I am a zoom meeting Pro user and was order 500 participants already.  But  user report my meeting reached maximum number of allowed participants, which is 100 users. Please help

Hi @NeoMan 

 

If you have already purchased the Large Meetings 500 package, you may well need to now assign the license the your user-account.

 

Please check under your user account here: https://zoom.us/account/user#/

Sorry for I don't know how to add license to my account richman.win@gmail.com  

Can you please help to provide more detail on it.

I was press "Edit" button on ADMIN->Users  and select my account "richman.win@gmail.com"

After I press "Save" button, Message show out "User cannot be self's manager user". The Problem is I only have user myself.

Hi Support,

 

I was try to schedule a meeting today (see attachment), and this meeting still not allow Participant over 100.  And, I have a real meeting on tomorrow HKT 19:00~21:00.  If this issue cannot be solve by tomorrow.  I have no choice to discontinue to use zoom and choose other solution.
