Invitation are not received by mail




I manage a zoom account from which I send invitations to persons in order to create an account and join our organization.

I am facing an issue with only one account that doesn't receive the invitation.

I am the one who created the mail account and also the zoom account once the invitation was received, even checked the spam folder.

Hi @M_A 

I'd suggest contacting Zoom Support to help with this, as that email recipient may have not been active yet on your email service, which can cause the email to be bounced back to Zoom. You can try to resend the invite to see if it finally comes through, but if still not received, Zoom Support can check our email service to ensure the email is not blocked due to the bounced emails.
