Hi, I have transferred ownership to a new owner, from virtual-events@ to zoom@. However, the licenses are still with the former user. How can I transfer those?

Chào cộng đồng / Bộ phận hỗ trợ Zoom,Tôi đang gặp phải một vấn đề nghiêm trọng khi cố gắng đăng nhập vào ứng dụng Zoom của mình. Hey Zoom Community, Has anyone ever successfully figured out how to appeal a 1132 error code or been able to contact an actual support agent from Zoom? I'm getting increasingly frustrated with Zoom because I need it for my job, yet when I "appeal" the error code, I get a generic response from no-reply email saying I violated the terms of use, which I did not. I thought I would be able to call Zoom support to talk to an actual worker, but it seems that Zoom makes it literally impossible to talk to an actual agent. I'm extremely disappointed with Zoom and, quite frankly, amazed at their ineptitude. If anyone has a solution to this issue that would be great. The only thing I can think of at this point is to buy a new laptop and use a new email to sign up for Zoom because they also ban your MAC address. Thanks

I’ve received notification from zoom for permission to a video.  I’ve never had to grant permission when I provide the link with the password.  The link and password will not allow access to the video.  Any suggestions?

Hello! I am participating in a meeting opened by someone else. The 'Share' button is not visible in the menu below. The person who hosted the meeting has set it to 'Share with Everyone,' and others say they can see the 'Share' menu. How can I resolve the issue where the 'Share' button is not visible on my computer? Please provide guidance.

Respected Zoom Support Team,I am writing to request a feature that is currently available on the Zoom Desktop client but missing from the mobile app.On the PC version, there is an option under 'Advanced Share' to share 'Computer Audio' only, without sharing the entire screen. However, on the mobile app (Android/iOS), this feature is not available. As a mobile user, I need to share high-quality audio from other apps (like music or educational clips) during my meetings without having to display my phone's screen to all participants.Could you please consider adding an "Audio Only Share" feature to the mobile application in future updates? This would be extremely helpful for trainers and presenters who rely on mobile devices.Looking forward to your positive response.Best regards,Sagar Tamhane

I still use a PC with an Intel 2600K i7 CPU. However I also have an AMD RX 570 graphics card in this system with 8GB of VRAM. It could easily support virtual backgrounds, but there does not seem to be a way to override the simple CPU check that flags my CPU as "old" and simply disables the feature. It is annoying that I can use Google Meet and other video conferencing software with all features enabled, but not Zoom. Would you please allow a setting in the GUI somewhere, or at least a setting that can be added to the config file that would skip this compatibility check?

I have my Scheduler set for Mon - Fri 12:00 pm - 4:00 p.m.  If I have appointments on a Monday for example, can I change my availability for that date only or do I have to uncheck Monday and have to remember to go back in and activate it for the following Monday?  I’m looking for a way to say I’m not available for that particular Monday and not have to uncheck Monday making me unavailable for ALL Mondays unless I remember to re-check that day.  TIA

When converting a Webinar to a Meeting (well ahead of the event) - does the link to join the meeting change for those who have already registered? I've read in a few places that the Meeting ID stays the same. Does that mean the URL that registered folks have already received to join the webinar stay the same?? We don't want half of our attendees to not be able to log in to the Zoom because they have an old URL pre-conversion. But I would like to make the change to be able to encourage video/audio interaction.   The Zoom help page specifies that the link won't change when converting a Meeting to a Webinar, but it doesn't specify the same for the Webinar to Meeting conversion.

Hello,I am writing to request a refund for a subscription charge that was processed after I had already canceled my subscription. The situation is as follows:The system initially attempted to charge my account, but the payment was not completed due to insufficient funds. After noticing this, I canceled my subscription before any successful payment was made. However, a few days later, when funds became available on my account, the charge was processed for the previously unpaid invoice — despite the fact that the subscription had already been canceled.I believe this charge should not have been processed, as I had already terminated the service before the payment was successfully completed, and I have not used the service since. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of this charge as it does not reflect an active subscription period.I would appreciate your understanding and a positive resolution of this matter.Best regards,Remigiusz Gil

Hi, I need to edit the All Engagements view in Zoom Contact Center and needs guidance on customizing the view/columns. I need in Open and Closed Engaments to add a new Column with Custom variable.

Is there anyway to setup recurring SimuLive inside of webinar plus? I know it works for traditional webinars and meetings but don’t see the option anymore inside of webinar plus. Thanks!

As of this week Zoom no longer automatically prompts to add to the iCal calendar I've had connected to our account for over a year. It said I had to sync a calendar, I went online - where there is no longer an iCal option (used Google instead since the email for that calendar is registered there) and it did not stick - endless loop. What the heck is going on here and will this be repaired or returned to previous state so that I don't have to manually copy and paste the invite info into an iCal invite over and over again now?

Hello Everyone,I am trying to set up a fully virtual, on-demand conference for a nonprofit professional association. Our members are located across Alaska, so we do not hold an in-person event. The conference will consist of 17 prerecorded presentations that attendees must watch to receive CEU credits. There are no live sessions. Participants simply register, watch the recordings, and complete the conference on their own schedule. What we need:Registration open May 1 - December 31 Attendees must be able to purchase/register anytime during that period Once registered, they should have access to all 17 prerecorded sessions The sessions must remain available for on-demand viewing from time of registration till end of DecemberWhen creating the event in Zoom Events, I see three options but each seems to have limitations:1. Single Session EventThis doesn’t seem to work because the event date must be a specific day, and our conference needs to remain open for registration and viewing from May t

I purchased Zoom Pro subscription a few days ago using Apple Pay (Account emailmtg20260504@protonmail.comHowever, even after upgrading to Pro, I still cannot join meetings and keep getting Error Code 13215 ("Due to host account restrictions, you cannot join the meeting"). I am in mainland China and need to join international meetings without VPN, but Pro didn't solve the problem.I have already tried enabling China data center, reinstalling the app, logging out/in, and using web version, but the issue remains.I would like to request a full refund and cancel the Pro subscription.Could you please process this? Also, since I paid with Apple Pay, do I need to provide any credit card number or additional payment details for the refund?Thank you.

Hi everyone! Thx for taking the time to help.So the thing is a few days ago I tried to use Zoom again after a few years, to give an online music lesson to a student of mine. After updating it to the lastest versión available, I connected my external soundcard (M  Audio Air 192 - 4) and correctly adjusted zoom´s audio setup to work with it, selecting my device as both the audio input and output. After that, I tried the usual tests in Zoom setup, and everything seemed to be working just fine: my voice was going into the software and out through the speakers, so I could hear myself clearly. Then, I proceded to Host a Meeting, but noticed a warning saying my Audio wasn´t connected. I tried everything, from rechecking the audio setup from Zoom´s config, to reinstalling it and changing every config on my Windows audio setup, but everything seems to be working normally except Zoom. I even tried Google Meet and encountered no problem with the audio inputs and outputs. It ocurred to me then that
