Hello,

I am writing to request a refund for a subscription charge that was processed after I had already canceled my subscription.

The situation is as follows:
The system initially attempted to charge my account, but the payment was not completed due to insufficient funds. After noticing this, I canceled my subscription before any successful payment was made.

However, a few days later, when funds became available on my account, the charge was processed for the previously unpaid invoice — despite the fact that the subscription had already been canceled.

I believe this charge should not have been processed, as I had already terminated the service before the payment was successfully completed, and I have not used the service since.

Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of this charge as it does not reflect an active subscription period.

I would appreciate your understanding and a positive resolution of this matter.
