However, even after upgrading to Pro, I still cannot join meetings and keep getting Error Code 13215 ("Due to host account restrictions, you cannot join the meeting"). I am in mainland China and need to join international meetings without VPN, but Pro didn't solve the problem.

I have already tried enabling China data center, reinstalling the app, logging out/in, and using web version, but the issue remains.

I would like to request a full refund and cancel the Pro subscription.

Could you please process this? Also, since I paid with Apple Pay, do I need to provide any credit card number or additional payment details for the refund?

Thank you.

    Hello @tg m,

Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that. For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community.

For account-specific help, please start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support if needed. Charges are generally non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
