Solved

I used to be able to supply my small team with a link and they could jump on a call at anytime if I was on zoom. Now I will be on zoom with a team member and another team member attempts to come on my meeting and they do no show in the waiting room.Is there a setting I can change so I can go back to normal.

I am the only user on my Zoom account, and my role is owner. The account has no admin, and I unable to add myself as an admin. This is preventing me from using some features that require admin approval. Do I have to add another user in order to make myself admin? Is there no alternative solution?

Is it possible to disable an iphone's auto exposure features when using the camera in a meeting?

In the "Room Controls for Zoom Rooms" page where JSON examples are provided (Room Controls for Zoom Rooms), ther's a note in the "Rules" section that says the following:Room controls users can specify "events only" in their JSON configuration to hide unnecessary room control interfaces. When this field is specifically defined in the JSON, the Native Room Controls UI will not appear on the Zoom Rooms controller. In deployments using both NRC events and Zoom Apps, the Room Controls button directly launches the Zoom App interface without showing empty room control page.I am using the JSON to trigger states based on meeting start/stop actions, but I don't want to see the "Native Room Controls" icon on the touch panel, since I am using a Zoom App as my primary control interface. According to the note, I should be able to add an "events only" in the JSON to hide NRC (Native Room Controls). Has anyone done this successfully before and if so, could you please provide an example JSON profi

In the June 16, 2025 Zoom Events Release Notes (as of this posting), there is the following entry:I can't find any other reference to this anywhere.  Where can one configure this setting? I also looked for the similar Zoom Sessions functionality mentioned in that note, but can't see any place in Zoom Sessions where the Join button timing can be configured. If you find it, please let me know... maybe with a screen shot.  Thanks!

Hello. My zoom meetings are syncing to my google cal but not my ical. My google cal is snyced with my ical, so I'm not sure why the meetings are now showing up. I'd like to be able to view the meetings from both my personal calendar (ical) and work calendar (google cal). Any insight?

I have been in communication with Trust and Safety and have submitted an appeal via ticket T&S0686391.  The appeal people got back to me and told me the following: "Based on the information provided, we have verified that your Zoom account is currently active and there are no restrictions or issues associated with it at this time."  And they gave me the information about uninstalling and updating my client.  I am running version 6.45 on the computer that is having the issue.  I did this and am still receiving the 1132 error. I have created a new ticket T&S0688412 5 days ago referring to the previous ticket noted above stating that I did EVERYTHING that they mentioned in the ticket above and am still having the same issue. Can someone please help me to find out what is really going on with my computer that is having this issue. I have created at least 10 other accounts, for testing, which are ALL having the same issue.

https://zoom-support-cdn.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/user-guides/ja/JA_ZR_Quick-Start-Guide_Web.pdfhttps://zoom-support-cdn.s3.amazonaws.com/docs/user-guides/ja/JA_ZR_User-Guide.pdf

I will be hosting a meeting where the participants' identities need to be kept hidden from others so that they can attend without anyone knows they are doing so.  How can I do this with Zoom?  Thank you!

Hi Team,Just checking whether we can have the option 'Meeting chat - Auto-save' enabled which is locked by the admin?Regards,Pavan

Hi, I need to present via zoom, when I'm doing so, the presentation mode goes full screen and I cannot see my notes (I either have to use my phone and it's too small, or print them our, but it's long). Is there a way I can split screens and one part will be a shared presentation, and another my notes? When I just do the split screen (on MacBook pro), it works, but as soon as I start presenting via zoom, it goes full screen back. thanks in advance!

I would like to manage the Room Controls for Zoom Rooms via APIs, such as update or create a Rooms Controls profile, but don't seem to find it, does anyone know? Here is the Room Controls feature documentation: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064072

¿Como puedo ponerme en contacto con los desarrolladores? Mi cuenta de zoom fue bloqueada ya que había olvidado mi contraseña pero tampoco podía reestablecerla.

I'm a host for many Zoom meetings. Since I got a new computer (moving to Windows 11), I always join every meeting unmuted. I've confirmed that all the settings are correct ("Keep my microphone muted", "Mute all participants when they join a meeting", etc.). I'm getting so frustrated. How do I correct this setting? Zoom version 6.4.10.

HiIs there anyway to route an incoming call to a different queue, user, anything other than default based on the caller ID number? RegardsDamien

Voicemails that I receive automatically get forwarded as attachments to Email, why do received faxes not do the same, or am I missing a setting?

I have a new computer with Windows 11, fully updated and audio drivers are up to date (Yes I checked each of the three that come with Windows 11 ASUS), I have no sound enhancements on or spatial sound. My speakers work perfectly for videos, etc. on my computer, and on youtube. I just downloaded zoom, made sure I had the latest version (I uninstalled and installed 3 times to make sure it wasn't a weird installation issue). I tried three of my headsets, all brand new and they work on my other PC without issue. I also tried the speaker, with no headset. The problem: I go to do an audio test in zoom and the sound plays for 2 seconds and cuts out, then I try to test again and it doesnt do sound at all. Only zoom has the sound issue, I checked my computer, youtube videos, etc. I also did every test for sound in Windows settings, and let it check for issues. There are no issues, I have tried everything except reinstalling the drivers for the audio, but the audio works on everything BUT z

Hi, can anyone direct me to how to setup single phone numbers. I've bought one number but the setup has assigned it to a company line that needs extension numbers. Pulling my hair out, I'm sure it does not need to be this complicated. Thanks in advance for any guidance

Even after upgrading, the account still shows as Basic.I bought the monthly package. But it still seems like a basic account. I was charged LKR 3000Please fix it for me quickly.. very urgent.

Zoom is fully functional on my 2021 Macbook Air, but, when I connect to the Dell S2419H monitor, I have no microphone audio: class participants cannot hear me. I've reloaded Zoom, plugged and unplugged, rebooted, retested, and howled at the moon. Apple tech support couldn't resolve it, and my account doesn't qualify for Zoom tech support. Any suggestions anyone?
