Hello! I used the "Livestream to YouTube" feature for the first time and had a bad experience: Every 20 seconds, it restarted the audio, overlapping on top of me continuing to present. You couldn't understand what I was saying because it was restarting the webinar on top of me over and over again. After 3 minutes, I ended the event because it sounded like 10 of me talking over myself. Both the Zoom Webinar recording and YouTube livestream recording sound like this. Has anyone else had this issue? Any fixes?

I am a Mac User. Today the Timer App stopped working. I get a black screen when I click on the Timer App.  I have already uninstalled and installed my Zoom App, I have also done the same with the Timer App. I have also updated my Zoom, still the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I used Meeting Summary w/ AI Companion for a few meetings yesterday, and the links are still grayed-out / un-clickable in my zoom account. Any thoughts/suggestions?

I've made a meeting,  and turns out I need bigger capacity for the audience.  If I took the Large Meeting add-on now,  will it affect or benefit my prior-scheduled meeting?  Or do I have to make a new meeting?  Thank you. 

I don't understand why I get post meeting summaries only from some meetings since all the settings are the same.Pls help 

We noticed that zoom system was down last week and we were unable to call at that stage. Does zoom provide a plan that can separate the desk phone and VoIP app? You can choose to use VoIP as default. But when there's a problem, network isn't working for example. You then choose to use only desk phone which goes through traditional landline. And vice versa, if the landline is down, you can choose to go only VoIP. This is an open discussion as network problem or power outage happens very often.

Hi, I just need some help. I've tried to update my Zoom account and troubleshoot but I can't seem to have the option to blur my background on my Mac. I have the Macbook air 2017 running on macOS Big Sur 11.4. 1.8GH Dual Core Intel core 1.5, does it not fit the requirement for virtual backgrounds? I also blend in the existing background which leave me no choice but to turn it off. Please help. Thank you!

Every time i have to screen record in zoom, i have to from the small share screen menu, go through the 3 dot drop down menu and press "share sound" in order for me to record Youtube videos. Is there a way to set this to default so i don't have to do it every time? Thanks. 

Hi All!  New to Zoom Phone.  We are moving from another cloud PBX provider to Zoom Phone and Zoom CC over the next few months.  We have right round 90 locations.  Our current provider has a nice feature where a Business Hours/Holiday schedule can be "shared" to multiple AAs (Auto Receptionists.)  Time zones are set at the AA level.  With this, we are able to have about a dozen Business Hours/Holiday schedules that are unique and can be assigned to AAs as needed.  Where this really shines is when it's time to update the Holiday dates.  As we roll to a new year, we need only update those dozen-ish schedules with the new year Holiday dates rather than having to go to each of our 90-ish AAs and update the Holiday dates there. Is there a way to replicate this Business Hours/Holiday scenario in Zoom Phone?  Something like a "shared" Business Hours schedule?  Thanks!

I can't use the zoom desktop app for win11, but I can log in using the zoom web version or zoom mobile version.Error code 1132.I filed a complaint but have not received a response.I purchased Workplace Pro.Please speed up the processI doubt Zoom Corp is forcing people to buy the Pro plan in this way.

I have an Asus Zenbook Duo with the RealTek audio drivers and I plug in the Aux cable to my JBL Bar 5.1. When I test the audio it plays for two seconds but they the sound stops and doesn't work. Same thing when I use the computer speakers as well.  I already tried changing the Audio Enhancements to Off.  Can anyone please help?

Someone else with a paid Zoom account started a meeting, then made me host (I do not have a paid account). I began recording to the cloud (not to my own device because I do not have sufficient space), but the user who initially started the meeting left early. After I ended the meeting (long after the meeting starter had left), the popup for processing did not appear on my end. Does this mean the recording is gone forever?

On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is there any indication at all that I have Zoom Pro. I have no access to the features, and when I follow the steps online to resolve (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057835 and https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065302&_ga=2.219133529.1114727551.1717978057-1343244150.1717978057) it does not work and I cannot change my account to Pro. I do not want to pay again. I emailed Zoom support within days of May 26 and have tried calling and have gotten no support. How might I resolve this issue? I wrote a guide to using ZOOM Docs using Docs. The whole document is set on commentary but no editing for viewers. I inserted a whiteboard, which I set to editing. This works fine. People cannot edit the document, but they can edit the whiteboard, as intended. I did the same with the forms-view of the table, wanting people to be able to fill out a form with predefined questions in my document. I have this published and set to "everyone with link can answer" but people CAN'T ANSWER. I'm talking about this view: If I set the document to edit (which is not an option, just for testing's sake), people still can't answer the questions, they can only edit them. What do I have to do, to get people to be able to answer the questions? Edit: I got it. Forms need a separate Link to share with users, they are apparently not intended to be integrated in usable form in a document. I improvised by embedding the correct link in my document. If I create a further meeting, with a business type, and then buy a large meeting,will it be automatically applied as a large meeting to a meeting that I have previously created?

I started a Mac Zoom update which stopped and did not complete. I could not even close the update window.I used an App Cleaner & Uninstaller to completely uninstall Zoom.Upon downloading newly and reinstallation, the installer completely stopped again with the message window “Waiting for other installations to complete.” When I try to quit the installer I get this message, “The Installer is busy. The window can’t be closed.”So the install won't complete, and the install window cannot be removed from my desktop.Any idea how I can correct this situation so that I can download Zoom again?

I need to see a record of meetings that were hosted by my account -- specifically the date and length of the meetings. Everything I've read says to go to Meetings and click on Previous. When I do that it says "The user does not have any previous meetings." That is incorrect as I have dozens of meeting a week.  Zoom's recent update has made it harder to create recurring meetings. This seems like an effort to force users into using Zoom's calendar function. So my guess is that the Previous Meetings tab is only showing data for fixed meetings. However, fixed meetings do not fit my business needs, as I have meetings with certain parties at flexible times. How can I view a record of meeting history? Thank you in advance.

How can I find a recording in cloud. I was the host however, I connected using the link I sent out to participants. That link was sent to  me by Zoom with a meeting ID and passcode. I'm new to this and just used that link so I can host the meeting. However, after the meeting, I tried to retrieve the recording and could not find it. I also noticed the meeting I D I was sent is not the same ID as listed in my own personal profile. It's completely different. I don't understand why. I called zoom support and the meeting ID and passcode could not be found so I couldn't speak to anyone about my issue.  I need help to retrieve the recording please.
