I have Call Screening enabled along with the option to "Exclude my contacts from call screening, calls from contacts will reach you as normal."  I added two numbers to my Personal Contact list, my own cell (for testing) and my wife's. Both numbers are still challenged by the call screening prompt when calling my Zoom number. I confirmed that the numbers appear in "Personal Contacts" on both the zoom.us website and in my Zoom Workplace desktop app. To determine if setting changes had an activation lag, I temporarily disabled Call Screening and confirmed that the setting change was immediately effective on my line. Reenabling Call Screening was also immediate, however the numbers in my personal contacts are still screened. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Thanks!

Hello,  I am trying to change my community name because it is incorrectly spelled. Does anyone know if it can be changed and if so the steps to do so?  I have been looking and there isn;t a place on the profile page to change the community name.  Thank you in advance for your help.

I have have a user who cannot sign in with SSO. They are not making any error. I looked at a log and see that the NameID does not populate. I'm not on the team that would be able to check that on the network end. What do I need to be looking for on her account? Universal Principal Name?

I paid for my Zoom Standard Pro account in the US. Can I log in and create meetings while in Canada?

Hi,   I did not download my recording from the cloud before I canceled my paid subscription. Is there a way I recover them? (if I re-subscribe for example)   Thanks for your help. Sibel

Has anyone able to solve and be able to log in after experiencing this error. I just sent a report. I am able to log in on Windows PC and Mac. Hopefully I be able to use zoom on my apple phone again. Please let me know if you have other means to solve this. Thank you. 

This is a question based on an issue that we encountered five years ago. User A has a personal Zoom Pro account. We want to grant User A an organizational account, but we don't have an organizational email service. (This is a non-profit, and volunteers use their personal email addresses for communications.) Five years ago, if we gave User A an organizational Zoom license using the same email address, that person's personal Pro license became inaccessible for personal Zoom meetings. We were able to build an email forwarding scheme that created pseudo-addresses to allow people to have unique logins to organizational accounts. In addition, I just confirmed that we can use the GMail +trick to allow people to manage separate Zoom licenses. Is the original problem still a problem? Can User A log in to zoom.us and mybelovedorg.zoom.us with the same email address and have two separately licensed accounts? 

Cannot get Zoom audio from laptop to TV through wired HDMI connection. Zoom audio is audible in laptop speakers only. Other laptop audio (YouTube, etc.,) works fine through the TV.

Please can someone help me? I am trying to add virtual backgrounds to zoom yet it is saying that the admin has not allowed this... I am the admin and the owner of my zoom account. I need to be able to use specific backgrounds for my call tomorrow but I cannot add any new ones.  I can't find an email for Zoom or someone to talk to to help me.

Recently, I received many invitation emails which relating to introduce products, events....The sender from no-reply@zoom[.]us as the below image or attachment. I guess these are spams email.   Is there any way to detect the fake signature/certificate that used to sign these emails? and should I take some action against these or can zoom support?   Thanks and best regards,          

I just recorded a test meeting and saved it in the cloud.Can someone please tell me where I access the cloud?It's not obvious as when I record to my laptop, a separate window opens showing the recordings.Thanks,David

The section for Recurrent meetings dissapeared and now I cannot get into them but from Zoom Web, which is very uncomfortable. This happened since the last actualization and is very anoying. I want the recurrent meetings section back because I am paying for a service and I couldn't taking it comfortably as I used to.

How can I record at 1920x1080 pixels, instead of 1280x720?

i have tried to purchase zoom phone but the time o checkout it showed me this error in the upper banner so anyone can guide me through this as how can i fix this issue and purcahse the zoom phone i have tried to contact support and the agent said that that's not our relevant department the internal team will work on your issue altough he generated a ticket on behalf of my issue , so what i wanna know ishas anyone got the same error like this ?is someone aware of this error so that he/she can guide me through this ?  and if internal team is working on this so how many days it will take them to fix this ?  

I am following the steps to <create the brand> for the SMS notification which came out. I everything out and I am receiving the below message. Even though we are not a publicly traded company-I chose NONE and filled out na for the stock symbol.  I can wait until tomorrow to see if this error disappears but if anyone has come across this before please let me know!

I love Zoom docs.My question: How do I share just one page of a folder?As I am using a lot of docs I have them organized in folders.When I want to share one page of the folder there is a warning that the sharing is going to include all files of the folder.Is there a way to safely share just one doc without the risk that others can look into my other docs?An option to choose between sharing a page or the whole folder would be helpful.  

I'm on Zoom Version 6.3.11 (50104) on MacBook Air MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) I have been teaching online since lockdown and I use Classic whiteboard for notes.  I often switch to share a webpage or a pdf then come back to the whiteboard and continue the notes.  This works fine.  I share the notes with the student after the lesson. Today, following the update, every time I switch back to Classic whiteboard all the notes are gone and I've got a blank whiteboard.  This is exceedingly disruptive as we normally carry on with the same calculations through the lesson and now all the work we've done is gone every time we come back after looking at a different screen, for example, the pdf of the problem we're working on. I explain to the students that every once in a while Zoom releases an update that ruins everything, and it's happened again. Please can someone direct me to the setting that makes the Classic whiteboard remain intact if you stop sharing it

I'm experiencing an issue where my Zoom meeting window closes immediately when I start a meeting. Hello- We don't want a waiting room to be used for meetings, since we're using a passcode.   I've made sure the waiting room toggle is set to off under our admin portion and individual, yet  3 of our 4 users continue to have waiting rooms.  This is problematic for our clients. How do I disable the waiting room for all users under our account? Thank you.

How do I change the default name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting? Of course, I can click on the three dots and Rename, but I don't want to do this every single time I join a meeting. I went to Settings/ Profile / Edit My Profile, which launched a web page, then selected Profile, but the name listed under "Display Name" on this page is not the name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting.

In trying to schedule group meetings recently I have noticed that the alternative hosts feature, which I rely on heavily, is suddenly missing from the desktop client. Is this a known issue? Will this be added back? It's annoying to have to go to the web interface in order to schedule my meetings.

What are the options to save call recordings for people that leave the company?  We do not want to lose the recordings.  We need them for historical purposes.
