Lock meeting in log

Good morning, I’d like to ask a question regarding the use of Zoom Meetings. Is it possible to check through the logs whether a user has used the “Lock Meeting” option? I need to understand if there is a way to verify whether that feature was used or not.
Thank you.

Good morning!

Yes, Zoom audit logs can show certain meeting activities, but locking a meeting is not always specifically logged in standard reports. You can:

  1. Check the Zoom Dashboard → Reports → Meeting and see participant join/leave times.

  2. Enable advanced meeting logs or audit logs (available in Business or higher plans) — these may show admin actions, including “Lock Meeting.”

If your plan doesn’t include audit logs, there’s no built-in way to confirm it after the fact.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Atena.

Nothing that detailed would be stored for later review.
