Upgrade from Pro to Business Plus

I'd like to upgrade from Workplace Pro to Workplace Business Plus.  I don't see it as an option from the web portal under Plans and Billing>Plan Management. When I click the Manage button next to my current plan (Pro) it only gives me the option to upgrade to Pro Plus. Is there another place to upgrade to Business Plus? When I sign out and then navigate to plan pricing, I can add it to my cart for $269.90 annually however when asked to create an account or sign in, I select sign in and then the ability to add to cart disappears.

Hey, Betsy! I did this some time ago. All options that include phone service are under the Phone menu:


Make sure you are logged into your account. If possible, I’d recommend coordinating with your Account Exec, who should be very familiar with what to turn off during the transition. For example, if you’re paying for Translated Captions, it’s included in the Business Plan.

 

If you are new to Zoom Phone, ping me and I’ll help you with a little guidance – some things are not intuitive for a small business operation.
