We have the ability to "Mute All", is there a way to Unmute All?

    Yes - but un-muting requires permission.

     

    Each participant would be prompted to give permission to the Host to un-mute them at the beginning of the meeting. That permission would remain for all future meetings with that same Host.

     

    You can request for this to happen in your meeting settings.

    This is no longer an option due to security and privacy concerns. I would recommend looking at the ability to request permission to unmute participants, which would allow you to unmute participants that have given you permission to do so: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360061059792-Enabling-Request-permission-to-unmute-participants
