Hi, I recently bought a Complement for my account, I commit a mistake an bought more space in the cloud and what I need is the posssibility to connect with my account with facebook live, how can I solve the problem an use the payment that I alreday made for the complemente that I need , just let me know what its going to be the difference in the price?

    Hey @salva090210, Zooms billing team doesn't monitor the community. You will need to proceed with reaching out to our Zoom Billing Team, or you can look into Refunds for paid plans KB article.
