Host setting

We have upgraded the zoom host to 2 hosts on July 6, 2021-5 August 2021, and have paid the zoom admin, but there are still 2 bills on zoom on July 7th.
Then on August 3, we have downgraded to 1 host but the bill for the period 6 August-September is still for 2 hosts? Explanation please ?

Hey @akper_alkautsar, Zooms billing team doesn't monitor the community. You will need to proceed with reaching out to our Zoom Billing Teamor you can look into Refunds for paid plans KB article.
