Hi In gallery view, I am always in the upper lieft hand corner no matter if there are 5 participants or 100. This puts me in the top row, just to the left of the leader/administrator of the meeting. I am wondering if there is a setting that I inadverdently set to make this happen. Everyone else seems to be randomly placed and their placements float around in gallery view.Thanks! 

I have read 2 hours of your supposed help resources. all interpreter language info is for hearing to hearing spoken language interpreters. great. what about the deaf? zoom used to automatically include audio dial in numbers in the invite info. It did not today. is this going to continue? I looked and this may be because I was told it's illegal for you to force deaf people to pay for a pro account just to get access to basic free meetings plus the audio dial in number for the ASL interpreters. I have a VP that automatically connects me to an interpreter at no cost to you or I but it requires i input a phone number. so now that you stopped  charging me is that why suddenly the number isn't there? How do I get this number? My coworker also could not find the number. This wasted half our meeting and finally we  just typed back and forth. MUCH Better meeting with an ASL interpreter. Tried using your chat help and the bot has ZERO info on anything deaf or ASL or sign lang

Camera not working (black screen) after upgrade to 5.10.4. I have tried almost everything to solve this problem - no effect. Please could you say how can I  solve this or return to the previous version?  My laptop is Lenovo (if it matters), camera app on windows is working correctly.

How to know the account number for free user?

We had a meeting where I signed in as the host to start the meeting. We had one designated co-host. All participants were muted upon the meeting starting and we removed the ability to allow participants to unmute themselves. If they were to comment the co-host would request them to unmute. One participant was requested to unmute to give a comment and when done was not able to mute themselves. As host, I was unable to mute that specific participant and neither was the co-host successful in muting that particular participant. The only thing that was different is that the participant signed in as the host right before the meeting began and signed me out although the meeting was still able to proceed with me as host and my co-host still there. Could that be the reason why that participant was unable to be muted by themself, host, or co-host? That participant at times uses that account to host the same meeting when it is their turn so it was not like they should not have access to the accou

Hi all. If I set up a meeting with registration, does the direct invitation link still work? If I share the invitation link (not the registration link) with someone, can the person attend the meeting without registration?

From what I've read about recordings, sessions in a Conference can be recorded and made available to participants. And the recordings stay available until deleted. All good. What is the storage capacity for the recordings? If it's the standard 1GB for a pro account, it'll be eaten up after the first couple of sessions.

I have three webinars that have already been scheduled and today the panelists told me they would like Q&A and chat disabled. I know how to disable chat, but how can I disable Q&A if it is already scheduled? I found how to turn it off in settings, but that seems to only apply to future programs, not ones that have already been scheduled. thanks!

I am the scheduler for weekly meetings of our group.  I schedule the session, (I have a paid account) and send out notices.  Sometimes I can't be present however I alway schedule the session.  When I can't be there when members try to connect they get the message "waiting for host to start the meeting".  When I schedule the meeting I always don't require waiting room.  I need to know how to schedule a meeting and still have the meeting happen in case I can't be present.

Hi all,I am hitting a road block...I am using Zoom version 5.9.3.1911 for Linux (installed on Fedora 35 via Flatpak).I used to be able to activate multiple screen share for participants but I no longer seem to be able to.As you can see, the relevant option is just not there (although I am the host):Clicking on "Advanced sharing Options..." reveals the following:I tried to change those options but it does not solve the issue.I did activate the screen sharing in "Security" before trying that:Also I did activate the dual monitor option:Finally, I also think that I have the right settings on the web interface that Zoom offers to change more options:I uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, but it did not change anything. So is Zoom buggy or am I doing something wrong? For info, I think the trouble started when I used the web interface to change the options since my participants could not share their screen while I was still sharing mine which was a limitation for my workflow (I am teac

Hello Everyone, I have recently enrolled to an online training where my trainer uses zoom for classes and later on he shares the class recordings.For the last 2 days, Whenever i am trying to access the recording ( recording link provided by trainer), I am unable to access the same. As i am clicking on the recording link, it takes me to the registration page, where i have to submit my name, surname, mail id, then click on Register. But I can't proceed to the next page even after providing all the details. Please help me on the same.

I tried updating from Basic Plan to Pro.   At the checkout it quotes £71.94 with discount applied, plus taxes   I select 'continue' and the discount disappears, resulting in a charge of  £119.40 plus taxes   Why is the discount being ignored?

So, I'm tutoring one student, and have never been warned by a pop-up before that I would have to upgrade to go longer than 40 minutes. The planned lesson was for an hour, and I have tutored on Zoom for far longer with no warnings in the past. There isn't supposed to be a time limit for only two people,  right? I don't know what happened, but I can't get any official support on the phone since I'm on a free plan right now. Anyone else with this kind of issue?

Hello users and team, Recently I am facing Error code 3160 when I try to login with Google Chrome Zoom App. It started to appear in the last two weeks, with all meetings. It is coming after I typed password of meeting and prevents me being in waiting room.I can have workaround on another device but I would prefer the Chrome App to operate again because it was the only reliable solution in my workplace setting.
