So I was given a link for a webinar event so I could join and I clicked on it but all it does is take me to a 'Post Attendee' page with a dialogue box that keeps loading even past the start time; and it never allows me to enter the event.  I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what but any insight would be greatly appreciated.  I have attached a picture of the dialogue box below.

If we have a Pro account with a licensed user and a basic user, can they each have a separate meeting running at the same time?

Hi everyone!I am a new Zoom admin and here is my situation:We have our Zoom Phone account set up including main numberUS/CA unlimited calling plans are assigned to users with their own numbers.We are in need to add more US/CA Unlimited Calling plans but when I go to the Billing section there is no option for me to buy more plans, just a grayed-out Cancel option. How can I add/purchase more US/CA Unlimited Calling Plans?

I have set up a Webinar with Registration required.  I noted that the invitation to "Join Webinar" link is different to that in my Google Calendar for the same event.  This is my first webinar event I would like to know if this is correct.  Or is there a way I can test this?  

We are planning to integrate Zoom Meeting creation into our event creation process.  A typical User (at a company that has licensed Zoom Meeting users) is scheduling simultaneous meeting time slots for other licensed Zoom Meeting users at their company.  Should we setup Zoom Meeting authentication at the corporate (company's Zoom Admin account level) or at the Individual license user level (e.g., user would be asked to authenticate first time they schedule zoom meeting)?  This user needs the ability to schedule more than 2 simultaneous Zoom Meeting hosted time slots that will be hosted by other people (with Zoom Meeting licenses - as alternative hosts) to start those meetings.  Can that be done if we set the authentication at the Zoom Admin account level?

Here is what I am trying to accomplish. Sync Zoom subscribers to the Corporate directory on the VVX 250’s and the VVX450 with the VVX EM350.I would like for the receptionist with the VVX EM350 to be able to click one of the 30 buttons to ring a phone in a classroom. Right now I have 50 Zoom subscribers with extensions and I would like them to show up on the Polycom VVX EM350.

Hello,I must give a Keynote presentation via Zoom this week.Everything I'd read indicated that I would be able to share-screen only slides — but I would also see Keynote presenter notes.There is apparently an "advanced" choice for "share partial screen."But I don't have it.  Attached is all I have.This is a "pro" account.Mac OS 10.14.2.Zoom 5.8Keynote 9.1Help!!!Thank you.Gina

Upon joining every meeting I always hide my video so that I'm not distracted by it. Is there a keyboard shortcut that I can use to do this? As far as I can tell it's not in the list and I have to use the mouse each time.

I am unable to add the 2 people who will be managing the attendees, as they are not on my license.  Can I appoint them as alternate hosts once we are in the Webinar so that they can manage the attendees?tia

 I have a user that has been placed in a "Recording" group like many of my other users but the record option doesn't appear for him. I've removed and added him back in and still nothing is showing up.

 

I can't receive attachments that other people sent in the Zoom chat. Other users on laptop can see it though.  I also can't attach any files in the Zoom chat on iPad.  What should I do? 

If I enabled the ability to use breakout rooms in my account after I already scheduled a meeting, will I be able to use breakout rooms in that particular meeting? 

I have some hearing loss and need to be able to watch the Live Transcript scroll by during meetings.Opening the Live Transcript window closes the Chat window.And that causes Chat previews to start popping up below my screen, which is distracting. Is there a way to suppress Chat previews? (If I need to see the Chat, I can always take a peek.) I've looked around and tinkered with my Chat preferences. And to my eye, it seems that the notifications should have disappeared. But they haven't. Here are my settings … what should I change?  Thank you for any insights!

Hi Community, We have 15 users associated with 15 different email accounts. Each of these users already has several meetings created. Would it be possible to modify these email accounts without losing the meetings already created? Best,

f I create/set up a webinar, can someone else host it for me in my absence? What about their ability to run the Q & A session? Do they need any special permissions or instructions? There is a 2-day webinar I host that is typically split into two days because of two topics being presented.  I also monitor the Q & A for each day associated with the webinar/invites. The idea presented recently was to make it a 1 day format, but I cannot be in two places at the same time.  If I created two webinar invites, could I host/monitor one and then assign the other one to be hosted/monitored by another person? We need the webinar format and not meetings. Breakout session would be ideal, but that's only for meetings and not webinar. Also, the issue of needing to monitor both sessions would still be an issue in breakout session. I cannot monitor Q & A for both times/sessions. 

I just learned of an Epson laser projector on which Zoom can be installed. I haven't used it yet, so don't know more about how it works. It got me wondering, which is why I'm here, is there a category of projector that allows for Zoom? what is that "internet enabled"? And what makes one better/worse?  thanks 

I have a Lenovo E15. The built-in camera works fine, however no other Zoom attendee can hear me through the built-in microphone (Synaptics). Online tests of the microphone work perfectly, plays back with no issue. Other apps using the microphone work. Testing in Zoom shows the microphone sound bars going up and down while I speak, but there is no sound playing back. When I plug in a third-party microphone (it's a Yeti) the sound is picked up and plays for Zoom members perfectly. Any idea why my built-in Synaptics microphone refuses to work with Zoom, but works with everything else?  This microphone worked for months (system is less than a year old), but of late, this trouble. Anyone have this problem? Solutions?Installed Zoom Outlook Plugin in Outlook 2013.Caused spellcheck to malfunction: Outlook finds the misspelled word, allows correction, but reverts to misspelled word - i.e., spelling correction does not hold. Deinstalled the plugin, spellcheck working again.Thanks for any assistance!

Hi thereI'm hosting a webinar tonight & in a couple of days time.  People have registered & received the confirmation email but I have had no notification of them registering?!  I used the help bot which suggested checking spam folders etc in my gmail account and also said that notifications could take 30 min to arrive.  Nothing in spam & now been hours since people registered.  Any suggestions?  

Hi, at a zoom meeting a host took a screen shot of me in full screen. I was not speaking and had my microphone muted . There were over 300 participants and I was quite disturbed to realise that a host could make a non speaking participant full screen at will . I think this only happened on his local screen and was not live for all participants . I know that the meeting was recorded in speaker mode so that whoever was speaking was full screen , but as I did not speak I would like to know how  it was possible for him to get a full screen grab of me. Thanks.

Hi, I have some questions about this:1. Why do I log in to ZRC with my account, and there are more control options displayed, like Upgrade OS、Upgrade Zoom Rooms、Rename、Release from Room、Remove from Zoom. But, When I log in to ZRC with my Actication Code, just one option there: Remove from Zoom. 2. I really can't understand the difference between Release from Room and Remove from Zoom, can anyone explain it？ Thanks! 

Hi,I need to play some videos while taking any meeting. But from last few days my audiences are not able to hear the audio of the videos. They can hear me but not the sound of the videos. Could you plz suggest how to fix this problem. Thanks,Shikha
