Website click to call from Desk Phone
Is it possible to click on a phone number link on your computer and have it dial out on your desk phone instead of the Zoom desktop client? Thanks

Yes, there is a feature named Call Control from Desktop Client. Once you set up the feature, the Zoom desktop app acts as an intermediary and initiates the call on the desk phone. You can use either the feature named Click to Dial and Highlight to Call (depending upon how the phone number is formatted) with phone numbers on websites, in your contacts app, email client, etc.. So, you will want to look at both features to achieve what you want.
Call control from Zoom desktop client is supported on these models:
- Poly:
- VVX 101/150/201/250/301/311/350/401/411/450/501/601
- Edge E100, E220, E300, E320, E350, E400, E450, E500, E550
- Yealink: T27G, T31P, T31G, T33G, T42S, T46S, T48S, T43U, T46U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58A, VP59
