I recd a mail from ***********. asking to log into a platform https://www.zoominfo.com/ re Personal Information Notices. Is this a scam as I cannot login?Contacting their help desk they cannot find a zoom account linked to my email address, even though they sent me a mail to that same address.

Hi, I would like to ask if there is a stopwatch that I can include in the meeting? I would also like to install a stopwatch in the workout room. In the room, my students are given a task where they each have to talk about something for 3 minutes, and it would help if they could see the time, because they always exceed the time.

I'm having problems with this version of the Linux client. Whenever I try to join a meeting now it falls over. Previously I could join a meeting, but would get kicked out when I tried to join a breakout room. I also noticed some unexpected behaviour from the chat dialog - it seemed to come up when not requested. The only other thing that has changed on my system recently is that I needed to install Teams for Linux, so I don't know if there is some interaction there. I have disabled Teams on startup now, but I'm still having problems. Any ideas?

Es ist sehr komplex das herauszufinden, schliesslich habe ich es unter erweitert Berichte mit der richtigen Datumsangabe gefunden, musste sogar einen Exceldatei herunterladen und diese konvertieren.Es geht aber es ist extrem umständlich und müsste einfacher machbar sein. Hi just started a zoom phone plan. I've setup my account and followed the instructions on https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360054155112-Using-SMS and https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360054631031, however I can only receive texts and not send them. I tried wiping my android device's cache and clearing the app data, but I still can't send SMS from the Zoom app. The error at the bottom of my screen (where the typing/input box should be) says "Your Direct Number has been removed by your admin. You cannot send messages." However my direct number is assigned to me, and I have not reassigned my direct number in several hours. Edit Oct 18, 2021 -  I attached a screenshot of the error message I'm getting.

Hi, Anyone else having struggles with enabling Chat Emojis. I used the setting and everyone in my own Admin. meetings seem to be able to use reactions in the chat to comments but me. LOL! The irony! I'd love some support, as I'm sure it's a silly little thing or nuance. Thanks!

I had a call where I was made host so I could record it on Feb 15 6 PM Eastern but it has never shown up.  I hit record to cloud, the red record dot was on.  I am now very nervous about relying on the record feature in zoom.  Is there any way for zoom to track it down or find out what happened to it?

Renewing my annual fee I was told it would be 139,90 € for Zoom One. Today however I was charged via paypal 106,04 € What does this mean? Is the difference to 139,90€ still going to be charged?

Installed a new Yealink SIP-T54W phone, provisioned it with Zoom, and then I cannot get back into the admin functions within the phone.  I have tried to change the password within the Zoom portal under Company Info -> Desk Phone -> Common Settings -> Admin Password, however, even after multiple reboots of the phone, it still says "Incorrect Password" when trying to log into the admin functions on the phone.  Does anybody have any ideas as to what I am missing?  Thank you in advance for your help, take care, and have a nice day! -- Ron

The selected company logo for an upcoming webinar looks fine on the registration page, but is oversized in the confirmation email.  However, the logo in the confirmation email is way too large:  I've looked through the support site and cannot find information on how to remove the logo image from ONLY the confirmation email. Is this an option? Or, is the best option to resize the image? If resizing the image is the only option, what is the optimal size so it appears correctly in all cases?   

Hi!My sister want to create a Zoom account for her school by using Google.But, my sister accidentally press the wrong button...She pressed the Educators button at the bottom while she is signing in...And, now... She can't log in.. If she login using her email, she will be asked to provide educators settings.Help Please!

I was helping a colleague prepare for a presentation this morning. When he shared his screen I saw a checkered black box representative of the participants he had on his screen and of the zoom controls bar (audio mute video stop, chat etc.)  I am sure it is a setting but we were not able to find it in the time we had. Does anyone have a suggestion or knowledge of what would cause this problem? We can't fix it for today's presentation so he will muddle through, but we need to resolve it before the next presentation. TIA for any help. RWM54 

Hey guys, we are a Citrix XenApp published desktop environment (similar to the old school MS Terminal Serivces).  I have one user that receives the popup Your app version need to be 5.4.6 or higher to sign in.  I can login and on same XenApp host and my zoom doesn't give me this error.  I do have the following installed on the XenApp hosts, all hosts have the same image build using Citrix PVS services. Zoom Clinet for VDI - 5.13.22610Zoom Outlook Plugin - 5.13.5Zoom Plugin for Citrix Receiver - 5.13.22610 So clearly our version is well above the 5.4.6.I have tried renaming all zoom related content/folders in the users AppData directories in their profile.  Didn't help.Any ideas?

My Zoom phone works perfectly on my computer, but on my cell phone (Galaxy A71) the app is still "hors ligne" and it is impossible to change any settings.

I've been using Zoom for over two years.Everything was going well, but recently,  there is a issue with breakout rooms. As a host, I was opening the Zoom meeting and breakout rooms for about four hours, and suddenly as I was trying to move the new participants into the breakout room, I could not select any room nor move the participants from the main room. This hasn't happened for two years, but now it's happening almost every day. I've checked my Zoom updates was in latest states.  Does anyone have a clue to solving this issue?I have to open the Zoom meeting everyday, so I will appreciate any comment or suggestion.

I have a zoom licensed account and paid for 1 year. since purchase it we could use the difference room to host a meeting. as you know zoom license can use many rooms meeting as the same time. right now, we cannot use it. one start one has to stop. cannot use it at the same time. please help to solve it.

Hi, I'm a music teacher. I connect my Condenser Microphone and the Guitar into my Focusrite Scarlett Solo. It has 2 dedicated channels for each inputs. When I'm in Zoom meetings, I've noticed that there's some milli-seconds latency when I'm sharing my computer audio (accompanying background music ) while I play my guitar. The shared computer Audio is a bit ahead resulting it to make me sound "out of synch". This is only noticeable to the person on the other end and not me.  There are no problems otherwise regarding the MIC and Guitar synchronization. they're working like a charm. It'll be of a great help if a solution is provided so that the Shared Computer audio does not go Out of Synch anymore. Thanks...Pradeep.

When I set ZOOM up for a meeting and check my audio and video, etc. everything is fine. Then the meeting starts and my video from my webcam starts to get distorted. I have tried many things, like updating camera drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling ZOOM, but nothing works. Plus, this happens on an HP and Dell laptop running Windows 10. Would resetting laptop to factory settings help? Thanks for any input that will lead to a successful outcome. William Burke
