Dear all,

I was surprised to figure out that I have to pay around 5000 us dollars for cloud storage when I don't even order this service! How come I subscribe to the licensed Zoom and pay around 200  us dollars and you request me to pay 5000 for cloud storage!! Please revise everything and let me know as I believe that I have been your customer for many years, and I never delay payments. 10 licensed accounts need 5000 us dollars!! Then I will have to stop my business as I am not even making this amount you are asking me to pay.
