Live transcribe

I am delivering a training session tomorrow and one of my attendees is deaf. Is there a live transcribe option please?

Yes, we have a live transcription feature that provides captions during your meeting.

Before your meeting:

Enable the setting in your Zoom account:
Sign in to your Zoom account on the web.
Click on Settings.
Navigate to "Meeting" and then "In Meeting (Advanced)".
Under "Closed Captioning", turn on the toggle switch for "Enable live transcription service to show transcript on the side panel in-meeting".
You can also enable "Save Captions" here if you want attendees to save the transcript.

During your meeting:

Start your meeting as the host.
Click on the "Live Transcript" button at the bottom of the meeting window (you might need to expand the window to see it).
Select "Enable Auto-Transcription".
This will display the live transcript as captions for all participants, including your deaf attendee.
