I have been trying to use the Zoom App for the Apple Vision Pro.  However the audio consistently cuts out every 5 mins or so, where I can not be heard nor can others hear me.  The only resolution is to leave the meeting and come back.  There is also a Reddit thread on this as well so it is not just me.  Thanks.

Hello,I'm using zoom with interpretation for 2 years. We need to add Italian as proposed languages but we don't see Italian when creating a meeting. What have i done ?Following the documentation i've added Italian as new language (now i have the list of the 9 default languages + Italian with a red cross to delete it). It's into Profile management - Profile parameters, chapter "Language interpretation. Sorry if the text is not exact i'm running french version.  Now, when i create a new meeting with interpretation i can see the 9 (default) languages (as before) but not the new one (Italian). Can you tell me if i missed anything please ?Thank you for your help. Please, note that i've created "Italian" value one week ago.Regards

Hi Team, When doing SAML integration with an IDP, how does the SAML mapping affect existing users.In specific, if we are doing "Basic SAML mapping" option and choose "default licenseType" as "Basic". - When an existing licensed user login via SSO, would then the default license type overwrite their userType to Basic ?- or does the default licensetype is applicable only for new user provisioning via JIT If we have a mix of basic and licensed userTypes currently within Zoom, is choosing "Advanced SAML mapping" and have IDP send userType attribute in the SAML assertion is the only way ? Thanks

Apologies if this has been asked a lot - I didn't know what to search for.  Our Licences are:  Zoom One Business and Zoom Events.  We're trying to get started on Zoom Webinars and want users to register but don't want them to have to enter One Time Passwords (OTP).  Recently I attended a Webinar that looked like what we wanted. The people who arranged it sent an invite message to me. I forwarded it to some of my colleagues. We all registered. When the meeting started it said "If you are the meeting host, sign in to start the meeting XXX XXXX XXXX" and "I'm not the meeting host: Join Meeting as an Attendee".  When I signed in, it asked for a code that was already on the invite. I suspect that everyone might have gotten the same code (not sure?).  It was a normal event - where I was just a listener and the other organization had three speakers.  Can someone please tell me which license they were probably using (I'm guessing

Hi Community, I am due to have a meeting using a zoom link provided by an educational institution.I can only join from my Android Pixel phone on which unfortunately I can't download the zoom app (long story).I noticed that by clicking the link I am immediately redirected to a page where I am being asked to download the zoom app in order to access. Is there no other way to access a zoom meeting link from a mobile phone?This is very limiting. Thanks a lot,SR

Hi all. It looks like Zoom made a recent change to how polls are displayed. We offer monthly educational webinars and have polls specific to that webinar topic. When we enter in the polls for one webinar they show up in all the webinars now. This will get very confusing. Is there any way to not allow/disable this?  

When sharing a video, users say the audio is somewhat degraded.   When I turn my computer speakers off the users hear nothing.  I therefore think that the audio output from my speakers is heard by the microphone and then sent to the users.   So a poor microphone could be my issue.  Is this thinking right ?

Hi all, I have chosen 'who has access as 'anyone' and then go to choose 'access level'... it does not allow me to click 'editor'. ('commenter' and 'editor' are greyed out and cannot be selected).I want anyone on the zoom to be able to be an editor on any whiteboard and this is just not letting me do that! During a Zoom session can my geographic location be determined by the other participant(s)??

Good day. I would like to be able to 'save to a list' of frequently accessed Zoom codes. The 'recently accessed' Zoom codes list is useful, but too short.  I join enough meetings that often the Zoom code for the meeting I want to access has aged off the 'recent' list, and then I have to go back to my emails, Telegrams, etc. to locate the Zoom meeting code I want to access. Is there a way to save as many Zoom meeting codes as I want to my own personal list of frequently accessed Zoom codes?

Hello,In Zoom Workspace, it's missing some features around date/time management for resources like:Managing a planned maintenance from/to a certain period of time for which people wouldn't be able to book desk.Only allow reservations starting/ending at a certain date/time.Allow reservation to only a certain group from a certain date/time.Display a message about why desk/area is not bookable.

When I record a Zoom meeting to the cloud, the video is not clear, but a little blurry. If I choose a local recording it is clear, but I cannot opt for a speaker view recording. Why is my cloud recording blurry? I recently created a webinar and its registration page. I am customizing the registration page using branding. While adding speakers, I mentioned their biographies in the bio section. The bio includes the "&" symbol, but after saving it, when I check the registration page, the symbol is converted into "&". I use a Behringer XR18 digital mixer as my audio interface, to an M1 Mac running Sonoma 14.3.1. Zoom is version 5.17.10. Everyone hears me completely clearly, and I hear them. However, there is digital distortion (crackling sounds) now and then when multiple people speak, or one speaks particularly loudly (not when I speak - I have two levels of hardware compression ensuring my signal never rises above -18 dBu).  The problem appears to be that the Zoom output signal is simply too hot. My mixer's channel meter clearly shows the output signal going into orange and red all the time, and this corresponds with the digital distortion. I have USB 1-2 mapped to the Zoom return channel, with the USB trim (mixer setting) at its lowest, -18. As I'm using an audio interface, the speaker volume slider is locked. Is there a way to reduce the output of Zoom into my audio interface?  

I want to ask that once I set up sso, does it impact existing users or just an additional way to log in?  there is a configuration per user to use sso or not? can you force sso only?

Hello,I'm using Zoom Rooms to capture video calls from virtual guests via NDI for my video productions. I really like the feature, easy for clients and myself.To improve quality and stability, I'm considering moving this setup to the cloud.When I tried to install Zoom Rooms on Windows Server 2022 on EC2, the software didn't launch properly, although the regular Zoom Meeting client worked perfectly. Zoom Rooms worked on Mac OS in the cloud, but running Mac OS in the AWS cloud is quite expensive.Is there anything I can do, or if Zoom doesn't support Windows Server OS for Zoom Rooms, is it possible to add support in the future?Thank you so much.
