I am trying to set up my zoom phone account for my business.  1 userWhen I call the number it goes directly to the greeting but does not allow me to answer or leave a voice mail. Is there anyone who can guide me through this process?  Happy to compensate for someone's time. I find the ticket system not effective. Thank you. 

Is anyone else having a problem with Zoom audio (speaker sound and mic) being muffled? It was all working great until I undated to Windows 11 yesterday. Audio (mic and speakers) are working fine on every other app. Any ideas on how to fix it? Feels like a driver problem. 

Hello Team, In my company environment currently, we have many unmanaged versions in the environment. Therefore, I need to determine if any version of the Zoom client for meetings is installed on the machines. Additionally, can it supersede the previous version of the Zoom application?

Hi, I ran two Zoom meetings with whiteboard yesterday. In the first, my meeting guests (not part of my organization, they just got to the meeting via my Zoom link) could see the 'upload' tool in the tool panel. In the second meeting, my (different) guests tell me they couldn't see the 'upload' tool. As far as I'm aware, my settings were the same and I wasn't doing anything different. How can I ensure that my meeting guests in future have full access to whiteboard tools? I have a Zoom One Pro account.Thanks,Andy Smith

We're new to Zoom phones, but I still feel this is going to be a stupid question. I am trying to find out how to do a warm transfer of a call rather than a cold transfer (that is, I want to be able to talk to the person I am transferring the call to before it's actually transferred). Everything I have read indicates you just hit transfer, the soft key for the party to transfer to, talk to them, then press transfer again to complete the transfer. My issue is as soon as I hit transfer and the party, it just transfers the call. There's no opportunity to talk to the transferred party first. What am I missing? BTW, our phones are Yealink T46S. I tried referencing this article - Using the Zoom Timer App But the Show timer to all toggle control does not appear on the Timer app. I'd like to show the participants the timer while they are presenting.  Are there settings I need to adjust in order for this toggle to appear? Thanks.

Hello. We're setting up a new Zoom Phone system, so I'm a big newbie here. We have mostly Yealink T46S phones, but I have a couple of T48S as well. I've had no trouble provisioning the T46S phones, but I can not get the T48S phones to provision. I am following the steps as instructed (added the phone, downloaded and installed firmware, did a factory reset, added in the provision URL). But when I test it, it says the provisioning failed and it shows the phone offline. It also says that a factory reset is needed to provision, but I have done that multiple times now. All three of the T48S I have tried have failed. I can access the phones via the Yealink web interface, so I think they are working correctly. I am just not sure why I can't get them to provision. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm a one-person small business.  I have two phone numbers and two phones in the office.  I'd like both phones to receive calls on both numbers but when I go to assign my numbers, it looks like it will only allow me to assign one of the two numbers to my user account.  How to I accomplish what I'm looking for?Redacted screenshot

How to best provide a webinar speaker with a timer to view during their presentation? Holding a timer up to the camera seems a bit basic...

Our webinar automatically ended without anyone clicking "end webinar." It ended right at the scheduled time. However, we've had past webinars go past the schedule time and it didn't automatically end. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there away to fix it? 

I have a paid subscription with Zoom. I used my old office email to create the account. Now, I want to cancel the subscription. I can’t log in to my account since a verification code is required to log in. The verification code is sent to my old email address which I can longer access. I have been paying Zoom for more than a year now and I can’t even use the benefits of the subscription.

Hello, I scheduled a large Zoom meeting that is a client event for work, using registration. Can I use the exact same meeting link to practice with the meeting host/presenters (a day or more ahead of time), or will this mess up my scheduled meeting?  I have seen similar questions asked here, but want to be sure the scenario is exactly the same. Thank you!

I have Ghostery ad blocker installed and have had it for a few years now. Scheduling meetings with Zoom Chrome Extension has worked fine until early June 2024.  Now I click "Make It A Zoom Meeting" in the calendar event editing page and I get this error message: "calendar.google.com says / Schedule meeting failed. Please try again". Switching off Ghostery entirely (eg for every site) fixes it, but obviously I don't want to switch off my ad blocker for every site! Trusting zoom.us and calendar.google.com sites in Ghostery doesn't fix it. Thoughts as to what is going on? Is there a new site which needs whitelisting or is the Scheduling extension doing something it shouldn't be...?

HI. When I'm truinng to contact to support using Zoom robot in the right hand cornner, after some automatic messages from him, I get "Your account can't contact support. Contact you administator". But my account is an "Owner" role. Also the same problem using another account with "Administrator" role. How to resolve the problem ?

I hosted a meeting and recorded local. When it needed to be converted  it took awhile and timed out as I was slow to get back to it. Have I lost that recording as I do not see it? 

I would like to change the currency of my plan payment from  American DOLLAR  to Brazilian REAL. However, before changing it ,  I would like to know how much I will pay for the same plan in REAL,  in case I decide to change it. Unfortunately, it hasn't been possible to find this information anywhere, before I decide it for good. To make things worse, once I change the currency, I won't be able to return to the previous one anymore!
