So recently, I’ve been trying to get help regarding a 1130 to error code that I recently received. And due to the complete gross and negligent response times and outlandish lies provided by the customer support team. I have now resulted to asking for help on here now. After receiving an email from I clicked a link that was attached to it and resulted in nothing. The link was supposed to send me to my status update regarding my ticket that I submitted For this situation. But the webpage is blank, and when I log into my account, it is not there, and on top of that the chat is not allowing me to access to representatives or agents. That is completely unprofessional and unfair to a user/client that is using these services. And I still have a copy of my email so if you want me to send that I will. But for everyone that is reading this, I do have screenshots of three separate conversations with customer support representatives and how they completely lied about  error code 1132 and

if anyone has gotten an error 1132 and doesn’t know what it means. Well here you go. Turns out it’s a”secret” ban to your account. Rather than admit that you are banned outright, they would rather be secretive and manipulative by calling it an error message. That, in a professional opinion, is not only false information they are providing. But also extremely misleading. This tactic, asking side a tech support rep for subscriptions only, tells me that the only way to ever get true help is to pay for a subscription. That’s gross and manipulative. If someone is banned just tell them. Don’t disguise it as an error code. That is wrong and misleading in many, MANY,  ways. 

When using the Zoom application with iPad, my screen (participant screen) disappears when the host screen shares. In the past, even if the host screen shares, the host and the (participant) screen were displayed along with the shared screen. But all of a sudden, the  participant screen is not displayed, but only the host screen. If I click the host screen and click on the gallery view, a window is added differently than before, so I can't see it on one screen [only  shared screen] or [only host and participant screen] by drag.Is there a way to make all 3 shared screens, host screens, and participant screens appear on one screen as before without moving the screen?

I have looked if there is an easy way to identify Team Chats where a file was shared.  Even better to identify files share with an external Team Chat member.

I recently updated to iOS 5.15.2 and there is no Cellular Data Option under Auto Connect Audio anymore. Only options are WiFI or No Audio (which selecting no audio bumps me off the meeting) I did not have this issue prior to upgrading. i have reset my network settings.iOs 5.15.2iOS system is 16.5.1restarted phoneremoved old physical SIM thinking that may be an issue with an eSIM - no helpmicrophone is on and detectedcellular data for the app is toggled onthis is an app design issue.I should not be bound to wiFi to make a call via Zoom. please provide a new update to the app asap. thank you.

While having a meeting, I divide the participants into breakout rooms.I have activated sceen sharing, so they can share screen in each room. But when the start a whiteboard, the cannot write on it.It´s only possible for them to activate a whiteboard, not use it. How do I activate this function, so that they can use the witheboard in each breakout room?

I set the session to be recorded on my iphone, not realizing that that would not work. I did not set the session to be recorded to the cloud. Is there any way to get a recording?

I can't hear the other person on zoom Phone just after changed Wi-Fi router.

Hi, I scheduled a recurring meeting with my pro-licensed zoom account which initially has 100 participants limit.  Now since more people need to participate, I purchased a large meeting of 500 users now and applied it to the admin user.  But still, the meeting registrations are not accepted beyond 100 saying "The Meeting is at capacity" message.  Good Day Everyone! I'm an Employee in a University. Our University purchase Zoom Pro Accounts for Office use. Last September 6, 2022, the Zoom Subscription of our University expired, and the Management of our University plans to renew the subscription on November 2022. My concern is that I have 2 Important Recordings that I forgot to Download before our subscription expires, and now I can not access the cloud storage. I am afraid that the recordings in the cloud will be deleted befor the renewal of our Subscriptions. Is it possible if I personally upgrade our Office Account to Pro for 1 month so that I can download the recordings? I hope you can help me. Thank you!

When I tried to login to a zoom meeting, it said I needed to contact my IT department as I needed the latest version.I tried to manually download the newest update.I tried removing the Chrome extension.I tried rebooting my computer.I tried using the zoom chat botI tried clicking on my icon and search for updates but that wasn't listed.I tried scheduling my own meeting and starting it.I tried everything I can think of but I still get the message that I need to update.When I open zoom from scratch, the version number at the bottom of the screen seems to match the version I need.I tried joining from the browser but the access code for the meeting was incorrect and I couldn't contact anyone through chat to get the meeting password (that isn't a zoom issue, just had the wrong password 

I use the programme on an iPad. The connection of a wireless keyboard always gets lost after a few second and I can't type anything.There is also the problem with using a pen writing on the screen after running the programme for about half an hour.  That's annoying, especially when I'm teaching in class where I need to use both a pen and a keyboard. can you solve this problem, please?

how can I see all the recording of all users through the admin portal? if i want to delete old recordings.

Hi, maybe someone can help me.I was given the role of host - from someone who was already hosting a meeting and recorded the meeting in the cloud but now no one seems to find where the recording went.Its not in my iCloud (my personal zoom) and the other person says they did not receive any email with the recording.Any suggestions on where to look for it?

If I set up multiple interviews, can the interviewees see each other's appointments? I am using a personal meeting room.

 Since few months i don't see the email address on webinar participants reports.Indeed when I watch the report with participants, the email column is empty and this information is very important for me to identify the participants at my webinars.Few months ago, yet, emails were visible and i don't understand why this is no longer the case.Have you an idea to solve this problem ?  Thank you very much for your answer !Thomas

My office (real estate brokerage) does not send text messages to our customers unless they text us first. And even then, it's just quick replies. No active texting campaigns. Am I still required to complete the "Campaign Registration"? 

right now, I cannot make phone calls at certain times of the day, Zoom comes on and tells me they cannot connect the call, my administrator has limited that.... I'm the admin. I cannot find a way to turn this off. It's actually very frustrating.... I see that my administrator has restricted calls from 8:30pm to 9:00 am - but I'm the admin and I can't change this.... Where do I go to change it?

I have a reoccurring meeting set up for each Monday.   The same invitees are invited each week.  Can Zoom email the invite to them automatically or do I always need to send the invite email to them myself?

We host webinars frequently, I wanted to know if there is a way to insert the unique link in an add to calendar button, confirmation email or even SMS message through integrations with Hubspot or Zapier.We need to send out reminders, but the only link we can share is the generic one, which leads to the registration form from Zoom. 

While I really like Zoom and the fact that it creates recordings as well as a file with the chat log, it's missing a critical feature. By default, there should also be a log file identifying who exactly attended, when they joined and when they left. It would be so amazing to know who joined each call, when, and for how long. I would think that this information could be captured easily enough and simply sent in a CSV or TXT file similar to the chat log.  (Apologies if this is the wrong location for a feature enhancement request.)

I keep receiving an error code 1132 on my pc but I can log in fine on my cell phone.  I have tried to put in appeals and it has been over 3 weeks since I haven't been able to log in on my PC. I have tried uninstalling, hardwiring, checking my firewall, etc. and none of it has changed anything. It took Leo 2 weeks to answer me and I really need this fixed for work. Leo said after two weeks of waiting for a reply that it isn't under his department to help me and to basically contact someone else. I think it is a technical support issue since I can log in under other devices just not my PC. The only reason I use zoom is for employee meetings so I am not sure why I would be receiving the error code 1132.  Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?

Hello! 1. It is possible for the presenter's voice to be heard simultaneously in all the breakout rooms? 2. if a participant needs help - is there a button to call the organiser/host for help?3. is it possible to record each breakout rooms?4. Can participants in all breakout rooms see the presenter's screen/slides at the same time?5. if there are 120 participants, how much will it cost? 

Hello, We recently started to use Zoom Phone and some of my users are using it on their mobile devices as well as me.The biggest problem is that if I'm on a regular call and someone is calling me on Zoom Phone, It doesn't put him on hold, it just calls in the background with the ringtone of Zoom Phone App as well!! I can't even shut it, I just have to mute my phone or reject the phone call which is so frustrating.. This is something so simple to implement, can you guys forward that to the devs? Thanks..
