I would like to share the zoom timer, pin one or two participants, and record only the participants I have pinned. I have tested this out and so far the Zoom Timer also appears in the recording. Is there a way to share the timer but not have it appear in the recording? Thanks!

Dear community! There will be another free Zoom meditation with over 500 participants.Last time the problem was that when I as co-host wanted to mute everyone, I also muted the host. The participants were able to cancel the specified mute setting.And new participants who joined always disrupted the meditation. I know from other large meditations that the participants are muted from the start and cannot unmute themselves. We want that too.No participant should be able to switch freely without consent. And all participants should be and remain silent from the start.  Can anyone help me with this?How should the meeting be structured? How many participants can be displayed in gallery view on the ipad 9th generation? I would like to purchase another iPad that can see at least 25 participants.I am able to see them on my 5th gen iPad Air.If the 9th gen iPad can also do it, I would like to buy this cheaper model.

My Zoom license is up to 100 meeting attendees. What happens if 110 people try to log in to my meeting? Are the extra 10 just unable to join the meeting? Are they able to join the meeting  but we get charged for them?We have an upcoming meeting and someone has shared the invitation to a large group. Thanks.

Where can i download zoom vdi after v5.17.x?I can only find zoom vdi client until this version but was is after this version?How can i download the 6.x versions if it aviable.The same for the ZoomOutlookPluginSetup  Many thanks 

We have a Zoom One Pro account and purchased a Zoom Sessions Pay Per Attendee annual add-on subscription, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to actually create the Zoom Session now that we've purchased. Anyone know how to create this thing? 

Following the upgrade to the new version 6.0.0 client, we started seeing the blue/white gallery navigation arrows randomly appearing on top of all other windows. The spacing, however, is not the same since there is no video preview between them. Exiting the client makes them go away. Changing the color theme from light to dark or dark to light also makes them go away.  Following a reboot and sign in to the client, they come back. This problem continues with the latest release 6.0.3. So far, I have only seen this in Windows 11. No error codes are displayed and meetings continue to work normally. It's just a visual distraction. Clicking on them doesn't do anything. I would attach a screenshot, but it looks like that's not allowed here. What am I supposed to do?  I uninstalled and installed the newest version, I cleared my cookies.  Why am I getting the error again?

When i attempt to sign in to an account or join a metting either from the browser extension or the app it gives me error code 1132. I have tried reseting my router, uninstalling and reinstalling, making different accounts, and the chrome extension but nothing helps and i dont have live chat support. I have a meeting in 1 hour please help. I am using windows with the latest version of zoom.

Hello, I had a meeting scheduled on the 23rd of May. The settings were okay, made sure I had "automatically record meeting" selected. After the meeting was over, I can not find the recording anywhere. I also started the meeting on my phone. If anyone can help me figure out how to get the recording, that would be really nice.

We need a specific URL for meetings with government officials due to legal reasons, while regular meetings will use main company vanity URL. Is it possible to record a Zoom meeting, but not have the screen sharing be recorded? Or asked in another way, have a recording of a meeting that only records the speakers in full view and not any screen sharing? I know Zoom Clips can do speaker only recording, but this isn't a meeting. I'm trying to do this during a meeting with multiple people on the call. I've looked through different recording settings and tried a bunch, but no luck! Any insights? Or is this just not possible?

We have 2 new Zoom rooms which our vendor is assisting to install. When controlling the house PC to show local content (not in a zoom meeting), the mouse response is about a half second delay and causing issues for our employees trying to present to users in the room. I have opened a support ticket with Zoom and I'm hoping to get a response soon. Any help is appreciated.
