I'm trying to configure the auto receptionist to allow dial by extension. https://community.zoom.com/t5/Phone-System/IVR-Dial-Users-Extension/m-p/116943 the zoom employee in this thread states that this should be the default while playing the auto receptionist greeting. However, dialing any extension doesn't seem to do anything and it ends up going to the designated route after the greeting. All users have US/CA Unlimited licensing. 

We've recently installed a new meeting room using Yealink for Zoom Rooms. However, when we create a meeting, the "Start" button is missing from all my scheduled meetings on the Zoom Room controller. Integration: Google Calendar (resource calendar NOT an individual account)Status: Set up, and synced. Calendar added to Zoom Rooms account What we do:When we create a meeting, we use Google Calendar, and add / invite the room in question.The room would automatically accept the invitation and it would add the meeting to the respective calendar.The meeting request shows on the Zoom Room controller, however, there is no option to "Start" the meeting. There appears to be no "Start" button I have double checked all permissions, etc. I just cannot seem to get the "Start" button to appear. Wonder if the host and the participants would be notified if I turn on the caption (live transcript). I don't want to embarrass the team by turning it on. Sometimes it's hard to understand someone's accent. That's not their fault. I just want to understand better and communicate effectively with captions.   

Please I wasn't able to renew my Zoom Subscription on time and now Zoom has deleted my cloud recordings even though I have now subscribed Will I be able to get my cloud recordings back and how can I go about it?

Hi all, We have a limit of 500 on our webinar attendees. Usually about 50-60% of people that register will attend. Does anyone know what happens when the 501st person tries to register for a webinar? Will Zoom allow this but then block anyone that tries to attend the webinar if it has already reached 500? Thanks!

I attempted to have a Zoom meeting with a sole client in a large organisation here in the UK. They could see my screen share as the Host but when I asked them to share their screen, the client said that when they clicked on the 'share' button and selected the window to share (in this case their desktop), there was no icon that allowed them to proceed. I do software training and because of this issue, the connection was not practical and I had to abort the meeting. Is this known issue with attendees in secure corporate environments?

I CAN ACCES MY LIST OF REGISTRED ASSISTANCE, AND IT LOOKS OK.  EVERY PERSONALIZE QUESTION HAS THE RIGHT INFO ON IT.  BUT WHEN I GENERATE REPORT FOR THIS LIST, IT MISSES INFO OF THE PERSONALIZE QUESTIONS (AS IT IF WAS NOT SYNCRONIZED).  AGAIN: WHEN I EDIT THE LIST, ON BY ONE, THE INFO LOOKS OK, BUT THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GENERATE IT COMPLETE.  THIS HAPPEND AFTER I DID A CHANGE ON THE TEXT OF TWO QUESTIONS, AND ALSO CHANGED ONE FROM MULTIPLE ANSWERS TO ONLY ONE ANSWER. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA ON HOW TO EXTRACT ALL THE INFO THAT I SEE FROM EACH ASSITANT OTHER THAN CVS REPORT?

I currently have a paid basic account and a free account. This has proven very useful when testing features I am not familiar or confident in. I want to transfer the paid account to the email associated with my free account and retain the current paid account email as a free account. How do I swap the account types—or can I do this at all?

How do I file an official report of inappropriate behavior to Zoom for today's meeting , when my meeting list did not include today's recurring meeting (last meeting was listed as April of 2023)? Also, I cannot receive live technical support based on the type of account I own.  

I bought from the webinar with 3000 participants.I scheduled a webinar meeting for tomorrow, the 25th.I have a large number of registrations. If necessary, can I increase the plan to 5000? Is the money paid for the first order lost?Will I miss my scheduled webinar meeting?

Our company has already set up our Brand when we started with Zoom. We received notice about the Branding by 5/31/24. Do we have to start a new Branding?

How to cancel a zoom meeting registration without sending the cancellation email to participant?

I've been unable to view or use the whiteboard feature on the Zoom application. When trying to do so, the application simply states "Unable to Load this Whiteboard Error Code:2". Happens regardless of whether I wish to open it while in a meeting or simply on the app.Funnily enough, it works on browser (i use chrome specifically). I've already uninstalled and installed zoom multiple times & have reset my device as well but no luck. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if this is the right "location".With the Android App, you are able to long-press the icon to see three quick select options: "Start my personal meeting", "Join the next meeting", "View today's meetings". How can these long-press options be changed to what I use the most?I use the app for phone calls and I would like a long-press option to go directly to the phone and show the keypad or pull up contact or history. Can this be done?

I run a daily recurring stand up meeting every morning with my team. Twice now in a week the Co-Hosts have been removed automagically after the meeting is ended. Any thoughts? I keep adding them back, both through the desktop app and online.

I haven't used Zoom in 6 months.  Found out that with my same plan, I am no longer able to chat with a live agent (same money, less service).  So, in setting up a meeting, I can no longer find where to create Custom Registration Questions or to resend confirmation emails.  Are these options still available? Thanks for the assist.

Hi There, My clients are continuously informing me that the scheduled time of our meeting (which I send through) does not end up being the time we scheduled on their end. It could be a day or two later and the time is different. Any suggestions on how to manage this issue? Many thanks,Dan 

Prepping for my first ZOOM meting. As host, I will use ppt slides as well a running short ppt deck, video from youtube and sound. Any tips, hints as I a looking for a 100% smooth experience for me as host and most importantly for a small to medium large participant pool. THANKS! 

We have a fairly complex AutoReceptionist tree with multiple mailboxes for different teams, in addition to individual mailboxes. I can see records of incoming voicemails in the phone log, but as a phone system admin, is there a way to simply show all voicemails in the system which have not been viewed/answered?

When using the Zoom for Outlook add-in, it seems that I can only update the settings of meetings that were created using the add-in directly. Meetings created through the Zoom desktop app, the Zoom web app, and the Zoom API do not seem to be recognized by the add-in. Steps to replicate:Create a meeting using the Zoom desktop appImport the event into your Outlook calendarEdit the event in OutlookOpen the pane to edit Zoom settingsInstead of being able to edit the settings for the meeting in the event, it only allows you to create a new meetingI've checked that the host_id of this event is the same as the account I'm logged into on Outlook. I've also tried patching the event to change the calendar_type setting to 1 (to indicate that the meeting is an Outlook add-in meeting). The patch is successful, but the event still cannot have the settings changed in Outlook. Is there anything I can do to allow the add-in to update the settings for meetings created outside of the

I got workspaces set up fine.  Uploaded a floor map, setup desk and uploaded pictures (fancy), and got way finding working.  Printed out the QR codes for my test desks. I can reserve from the Workspace desktop app, mobile app, and printed out QR code. Picked up a Neat Frame and got it setup in Kiosk mode.  Map displays and everything and when I click on my test seat to reserve it and try and scan the QR code to reserve my test desk I get "Reserve failed, please try again later."  I get the same error when trying reserve by email.  Not sure if I am missing some checkbox somewhere, everything else seemed pretty straight forward.  Got any suggestions?   

I want to send an email with a meeting feedback survey link from zoho. How can I do it? I dont see the option. I am the admin and have the Pro plan.

Hello Zoom gurus. Our users recently started getting errors when sending SMS (or replying to SMS), they still are able to receive SMS. I do understand this part: 10DLC Compliance for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Centerbut to me it sounds like that policy should be related to the programmed messaging only and telemarketing. Do regular users/phones need to be added to SMS Campaign in order to send just regular SMS? 

I do not and will not use SMS with my Zoom Phone service. Do I still have to register a campaign, or can I ignore all the threatening emails?
