Setup a Zoom room with rally plus system and tap for my employer for our meetings. Signed into tap with admin info. We don’t know how to schedule meeting for the tap. Tried google calendar but does not give me option to select room. Should I setup tap with another user? Is there setting I need to change? Can everyone in company schedule a meeting in that room? Please help

You'll need to sync all relevant Google calendars (via an account that has read/write access to them) to Zoom before you can select them and associate one to a room via Zoom Admin Portal.
