Is there a feature that allows us to set the time limit for voicemails? If not, it would be nice.Would like to adjust from five minutes to two and a half. This would help those who review the said VM's by saving time, when extracting necessary information.
does an alternative host for a meeting have to use their unique link emailed to them to join the meeting if it has already started? or can they use the main join link that regular participants will use?
When creating a document from a meeting summary I want to select one of the advanced templates, but I am only ever offered the standard summary. I've checked the notes associated with using ASI Companions with notes and cannot find a combination of settings that allows access to the additional templeats. What do I need to do to get access to the additional templates? John
Is there a reason why I am receiving meeting summaries after some of my meetings but not all of them? These are all meetings that I scheduled and I have my settings set up to receive emailed summaries after every meeting. Is it possible for the meeting attendee to turn this option off on their end, which is blocking the summary from being generated??
The new "docs" feature looks very flexible but is it possible to print a PDF from it to allow me to circulate it to members of my group.
I'd like to add someone as an alternate host for a Zoom Meeting. Zoom says, "Unable to assign "[EMAIL]" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time." Why? And, how do I add this person as an Alternative Host for Meetings?
I am using the Zoom app on an android 11 phone. When I schedule a meeting and want to send an invite, there's no way to copy a link. I'm in Meeting Details and I click "Invite" and I see "Share". There are some random contact along the top row and along the bottom are probably 25 apps from my phone that have nothing to do with Zoom or inviting people to a meeting. THERES NOTHING THAT SAYS "COPY LINK". It's crazy. When I click the Chrome icon, it's a complete mess requesting me to sign into my account but not accepting my valid password (which is what I used to log in here on my computer.) The Zoom app is updated and this problem has persisted for months to the point where I don't even bother using Zoom on my phone. Anyone have any ideas?
Probably not got the correct Board as system issue not there. So when I login into my account on a windows PC (not the app) I am bounced off the home page with the error trouble fetching user data. All other pages are working fine. What do I need to do? I have restarted PC, logged off and on.
Anyone know how to fix above subject mentioned issue? I can see myself, my camera was on and image displayed on the screen. However, participants were not, not even an video icon available to turn on and off from their end. i have checked setting, and yes my video and audio setting both "ONT' for host and participants. Please assist.

I have an acquaintance who has an iPhone 12 running system 17.51.She has meetings with a "coach", and Zoom works fine on her computer, and it used to work fine on her iPhone until about a couple of months ago.Now, when she's in the waiting room, and her coach tries to let her into the meeting, the connection "gets lost." She isn't being told "Goodbye" and that she's being logged out, she just seems to lose the connection.Anyone have any info on this issue?Thanks for any help!
i use windows magnifier as i’m off the charts shorts sighted. Usually when in a meeting and share my screen (usually a video) the other person sees the video normal size. i use 2 monitors and have VLC playing one. Sometimes for some reason the other person sees the video zoomed in like i do. I made sure i selected share application . Why does this happen and only sometimes ?
Hi there, I have my zoom work perfectly on my laptop. However, when I log into VMWare and start zoom on the virtual desktop (VD), my video is very pixelated and the virtual background is disabled. I've already tried to - Update Zoom on both my laptop and on VD to be the latest versionLog in to Zoom account on both laptop and VDDouble check the settings on the zoom account to enable virtual backgroundRestart laptop, VD, Zoom a couple timesBut it still doesn't work for me. As the admin, along with my partner, we manage screen sharing and microphone control, while attendees mainly join as listeners.However, I’m facing a challenge that I’d like to resolve. Many participants do not enter the meeting with their full name, which causes issues when trying to identify them during the session. This forces me to interrupt the meeting to ask them to update their name, which takes up valuable time.I’m looking for a solution that would require participants to enter their full name before they can join the Zoom room. Is there a way for me to designate a single person, other than myself, to receive the summaries of meetings I host? I need to be the host of all my meetings but I want a single co-worker to get the summaries as well without me having to forward them on every single time.
I see lots of folks writing about the default calendar issues tied into zoom. Up until recently, I never had a calendar integration issues. Then suddenly it started to open Outlook and the only solutions I see is to choose another default calendar. Is there a way to stop it wanting to integrate with any calendars at all? I'm not interested in calendar integration. Would appreciate anyone's advice on this.

As a participant in a call, when I use interpretation I listen to the original audio at the same volume as the interpreter. Normally the original audio is at the back and the interpreter is louder

Good afternoon, everybody ! I am a teacher and I have many online classes on ZOOM. I usually use the app on my computer, but recently I've bought a Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra tablet to work when I am not a home. However, I am very disappointed with the functionalities of the ZOOM Android app. Is it normal that it is only a simplified version of the computer app ? I can't select one window to share, there's no chat window (it takes the whole screen and I can't see my students while writing a message...) among other limitations. Is there a way I can have the same functionalities and experience on the tablet as the one I have on the computer ? If the answer is no, I am afraid I'll have to leave ZOOM and use some other meeting app. I am really worried about this, many of my students have already complained. It is not normal to pay for a product and do not be able to use it as needed.Many thanks for you help,All best
I was in a 1hr40min meeting, recording locally. After the meeting I converted successfully to MP4 files. But, the mp4 freezes about 70 minutes in and all audio + video stop. Can I attempt to re-convert these files? How? What are my options to attempt to get a proper download/conversion of these files? This was a HUGE meeting. I absolutely need this. We had no internet issues, I was hard wired in to ethernet. No error notifications.
Ok SO I have regular occurring meetings that take place twice per week, but I am going on vacation and need to block them out only for that week? Is this possible? Also, if people are already scheduled for that week how do I let them know that I am not available for that week?
Hello All, I am trying to change our teams video settings so that the ones who need to are recording at HD. I found the article that shows me where to go and the options I should have. I am not finding these options. I have the most recent version of Zoom.
